I actually met Elvis in Los Angeles. When I was 17 years old, I was driving down the street on santa Monica Boulevard in an old clunker Buick. And we saw this black Rolls Royce. I was with a girlfriend, and we were going to a fraternity party.
She said, let's go and see who's in that Rolls Royce. I said, it's Elvis presley. I told her to pretend we didn't know who he was.
I pulled up next to him. And he rolled down the window. And I said, Gee, you look familiar do I know you from somewhere? He knew that we knew who he was.
So he said, pull over. And from that one minute in time changed my whole life. We just bonded. He asked me upto the house. And after that he couldn't get rid of me. She laughs.
