After they'd successfully escaped the bubble, they headed for the shack, Wendy and Soos in tow. They'd filled Mabel in about what had happened since the time she vanished. Or least as much as they knew.
"We don't know how many people are left considering they've scattered, but if we get to the shack maybe we can put a plan together."
"Awesome! When I see Bill, I gonna burn him till he knows the pain of betrayal!"
She punched the air for emphasis, hand bursting with flames before extinguishing.
It wasn't too much longer before they reached the shack, both twins slowing before they too close.
"...Mabel, have your powers developed anymore?"
She gave a nod, thinking the same thing.
"You think it'll rejected me?"
No one answered it, unsure of what it would do.
"There's only one way to find out. Soos! You go inside, we'll stay out here. If it resists, we'll pull her through."
Soos nodded, only half understanding what he meant as he quickly went up the steps.
Dipper quickly followed him, Mabel turning to Wendy.
"If I can't go in, I need you to keep Dipper inside."
She gave a smile to the younger girl.
"You got it Mabes."
Mabel took a deep breath, turning back to the porch and stepping forward. It immediately lit up in acknowledgement, something she didn't like as she put out a hand.
It pressed against the shield, seeming to stretch as she pushed.
"Come on Mabel!"
"Just a little more!"
She put her other hand against it, pushing harder against the shield before it seemed to break, her hands sinking in.
She shrieked as it immediately tightened, as if trying to keep her out. In one motion. She yanked her hands out, stumbling back and hitting the ground as she panted.
"...I ...guess I'm stuck..."
Wendy pulled her up.
"No way girl, take a breath and try again. This time, I'll push you. We can see if that helps. You got both hands through."
Mabel hesitated when she heard it, a shriek from inside the shack.
"Eye-bat!"
She immediately whirled, yanking Wendy's arm and shoving her into the shield.
"Wait Mabel!"
Wendy grabbed Dipper's arm, yanking him towards the door. Soon as Soos was inside, they closed it.
Mabel looked around, unable to see it.
"Come out you stupid monster! I know you're here!"
Just as told, it flew from the trees.
She flicked a hand, a ball of red flames forming before she chunked it at the flying creature.
It hit it square in the pupil, making it scream and fly the other way.
Soon as it was away, she turned towards the shack sighing.
She'd already accepted her powers, there wasn't any way for her to get in now.
"Let's go! Mabel, we're getting you in that shield, now!"
Wendy had opened the door, Dipper running for her before reaching past the shield.
His hands closed on one hand, Soos' closing on her other.
"I'll push from behind, together on three!"
Wendy put both hands on her back, Mabel looking past them to Stan in the doorway. Gritting her teeth, she nodded.
"Three!!"Bill slammed his fist on his chair, anger rising.
"She what?! You let my queen out into this world!! You stupid, useless, bag of flesh! I gave you one job! One you begged for! And you let my queen out!!"
The ground around Gideon burst into flames, making the white haired boy shriek in terror.
"I-I had to do what was right!"
Bill's anger only rose more, his whole body turning red as he snapped. A cage formed around Gideon, yanking him into the air.
"And now, I'm doing what is right for me."
He stood, the red slowly replacing with yellow once more.
"It's time we expanded Weirdmageddon! My friends, fly out into the world!"
He stood as shrieks of excitement and laughter filled the air, the creatures and minions around him shooting into the air.
They flew through the ceiling window, straight into the sky until they slammed into something.
"What the-"
Bill floated through the window, towards the area where they had hit.
His confusion kept him toward until he reached out a hand.
As he had seen, it stopped, a soft pink appearing around it before fading when he moved.
"A shield... Keeping me in. Blocking us in this wretched town!"
He screamed, slamming both fists into the shield before whirling.
"Someone must know how to take it down, there has to be-"
He snapped, teleporting straight to his throne before grabbing Ford.
Then he vanished from the main room."We'll meet again... Don't know where... Don't known when..."
His fingertips hit the keys to his piano softly, carefully.
"But I know we'll meet again..."
Tears slowly slid down his face, a soft sigh leaving his lungs.
Mabel was no longer safe, they were stuck in this town, only Ford knew how to get it down too.
"Some sunny... day..."
The only thought in his mind was Mabel, he couldn't relax in any way, suddenly standing and shoving the table over.
"Whoa, Bill calm down sheesh."
He turned his head, looking toward Ford. When had he released him? He must've subconsciously done it.
He gave a sigh, sitting once more.
"I need..."
His mind wandered once more but he shook his head, working to focus on the regular subject.
"Some thing from you. We're stuck here in Gravity Falls, some kind of shield covers it. We want out, you know how to get out."
Ford scoffed, crossing his arms as he glared at the demon before him.
"Of course I know how to take it down. I'm not gonna tell you though, why would I?"
Bill gave a sigh, running his hands over his face.
"Fine. I'll just take it. Later though."
Before Ford could protest, he snapped his fingers, encasing the twin in gold once more.
Before standing once more, he turned to his piano. He wanted to finish his song but he couldn't keep his mind off the fact he had no clue where Mabel was.
"Dammit!"
He slammed his hands on the keys, an awful number of notes mashed together echoing in his room before he stood.
He needed to get back.
Snapping once more, he teleported himself and Ford back to the main room.
He stayed silent as he took his throne once more, leaving Ford on the arm.
