The Escape

Tristan's POV

I was really surprised father punished Cassandra himself, he usually have Dez or Max do it but I guess Cassandra really pissed him off. As soon as Lord Cletus left with Cassandra and closed the door, I turned to my father, " Father we have some important business to discuss". He turned to me still huffing, " What is more important than this? This is pretty important to me Tristan, nobody touches my fucking family!", as he snarls and growl. Energy started forming around him, FUCK!, i've never seen father this angry. I then walk over to him and attempted to touch him, but dammit he shocked me, pain coursed through my body. " Father, you're going to have to calm down, the people that did Alora wrong is in the cells. Please father", as I started reaching my hand to his shoulder, I knew it was going to hurt like hell, but I needed to calm him down and me getting hurt might just do it. As I touched him, Lynia screamed in pain the same instant I did. My father instantly snapped out of it and ran to Lynia with a panicked look on his face " Lynia, are you ok? I'm so sorry, I let my anger get the best of me." I layed on the floor Attempting to gain my composure, the pain was indescribably. I pulled myself up off the floor and ran over to my love, "Love are you alright, I'm so sorry I wasn't thinking straight, please forgive me". I picked her up and proceeded to take her to our chamber when my father stopped me, "Son, I'm sorry I lost my temper, but we do have matters to discuss. Give Lynia to Malik and he will take her to your chambers and have Marcel look after her until you can tend to her". I turned to him and gave him the most evil look, " I cannot leave her alone, she is with child, not just a child, a dragon child. I have to be with her when she wakes up". "Tristan, you will be there we just need to discuss the important issues". I turned to Malik with my love in my arms, "If anything, I mean anything happens to her or my child, I will hunt you down and kill you myself". Malik give me a startled look, took Lynia, then walked out the room.

Malik POV

After I put Lynia in her chamber and made sure Marcel was on her way to tend to her, I then started walking back toward study. I was hearing voices in the cells so decided to go investigate it. I walked down the stairwell and the voices had gotten louder as I got closer to Jack's cell. I stood around the corner trying to make out what was said but only heard mumbling, I couldn't make out the words. I guess i'm going to have to peek around the corner to see what the hell was going on. When I peeked around the corner I seen that Jack was free, talking to that fairy spy that we were looking for. I slowly walked around the corner and drew my sword getting ready for combat. "You thought you were going to escape your fate bastard? And you, you spy bitch, I will have your head for this!!", as i hissed. They both turned around startled as Jack moved the fairy out of the way. "You should mind your own business Malik",as he hissed. His eyes started glowing as his teeth extended, I know this is going to be a hard battle but I will defeat this fucker. As we started circling each other, I felt all my energy flow through my body as I started to embrace it. My eyes started glowing, then my teeth extended. We both hissed at each other when I felt some pain in my head. When I turned around, I seen the fairey with a big boulder in her hand covered in blood, my blood!!! That fucking bitch!!! In my confused state, I started to advance at her, I felt another pain in my head and everything went black.

Tristan POV

After Malik left with Lynia, I turned to my father, " Father there is a spy for King Morton in the castle, we need to find her as soon as possible. Its the fairey messenger that was injured by the troll". He looked at me as he started frowning, " That bastard is making a move while i'm here!!" He turned to the corner of the room where Aubree was standing so quiet, I almost forgot she was there. "Aubree, I need you to find Malik and bring him back here. Tristan, go find Dez and Max, we need to plan a strategy to protect Alora until she is ready to defeat him". At that moment the doors busted open and Lord Cletus came running in with Malik laid across his shoulder and blood dripping from his head. He rushed in and threw Malik on the couch, " King Titus, Jack has escaped, please excuse me, I have to tend to this". He then turned to me, " Tristan I need you to go find Dez and Max. Tell Max to find the girls and bring them here. I need you and Dez to lead the search party and find that fucker! Dead or alive!, as hissed. Aubree ran over to Malik, who was still knocked out and bleeding , " I will tend to him and make sure he get to the healer. Don't worry I will find out what happened to him", as she smirked. " After all, he is my friend and I protect my family and friends". She then kneeled down and whispered something in his ear and then, they both disappeared.

Jack was carrying the fairey through the forest as he ran using his vampire speed,He was running with all his might but he is still weak from lack of blood and the beatings. When he reached the middle of the forest he put the fairey down and tried to rest and catch his breath. The fairey turned to him with a disappointed look, " There is no rest for the weary. We need to go Jack, we can't sit still for too long". Jack stood up, panting heavily still trying to catch his breath, " Dam bitch, let me rest, i'm still fucking weak, I need to feed". The fairey huffed and stomped her foot as she looked around studying her surroundings. She walked a couple of feet and seen a deer drinking from a puddle of water. As she stood there completely silent her eyes started glowing. The deer turned to her and tried to run but couldn't move. She waved her hand and the deer started floating behind her as she walked back to where Jack was resting. When Jack turned around he seen the fairey returning with a deer floating behind her. He was so hungry, his eyes turned red as his teeth extended. Before the fairey could say anything, he was already holding the deer neck taking a bite. While he was feeding on the deer the fairey was staring at him in shock and disgust as blood was spilling all over his clothes. He finished his meal, stood up and threw the dead body on the floor as he felt his body reenergize. As soon as he gained his composure, he seen a dragon flying above his head circling them. Dammit!!! Tristan must've found us, we need to get the fuck out of here, he thought. He turned to the fairey and picked her up, " Thanks for the energy boost, now hold on, we're going to be going faster than before". He ran, using his vampire speed, running much faster than before. Within seconds they were at the end of the forest when the fairey told him to put her down, surprised by her request Jack put her down and stared at her. She walked to the edge of the forest when she heard a loud roar coming from the sky. When she looked up she seen a white dragon hovering over them giving their location away. She looked at Jack, " I need you to stall for a bit while I make this portal". Jack nodded and walked out enough for Tristan to see him. His eyes started glowing as he stood there, all of a sudden he duplicated himself, he went from one to three of him. Jack looked up to Tristan circling them as he smirked at the idea of taking him out so everyone could see he should've been first in command. Jack and his clones started yelling at him, " You think you're the best, but after today, I will beat you and take your daughter as mine"!!!
