Alora: The Quod Viride Luscus Vampire

The Witch, Aubree

   A large Red Dragon is flying over the Kingdom of the Witches getting ready to land at the Queen's Castle. He looks down and start to descend, circling the Castle. He lands right outside the castle gate and shifts to his human form. As he walks to the gate he sees a witch with long black hair, copper skin, and black eyes. "Who are you and what do you want?", she says as she walks up to the gate. " I'm here to see Aubree", as he holds up a letter with the King Titus seal on it. She opens the castle gates, "Follow me", as she walks into the castle. They walk down a long corridor, then enter double doors into the Queens Study. As they enter the study he see Queen Razel staring out the window, she says two words, " Name and purpose". He bows to her, " My name is Jackson, Second in Command to King Titus, I have a letter for Aubree". Queen Razel raises her eyebrow as she turns to Jackson, "Aubree is quite popular today, King Morton requested her presence earlier". She turns to the black haired beauty standing in the corner, "Aubree, I will leave you with him, you can choose where you want to go", with that Queen Razel leaves her study. Jackson turns to Aubree, " You could have saved me some time if you would have just taken the letter". "She smiled, "What's the fun in that?" Aubree walks over to Jackson, "Wheres the letter, I see you're in a rush". Jackson reaches in his pocket, retrieves the letter and hand it to her. She walks over to the desk, and plops downs while crossing her legs. She opens the letter and begin reading, as she reads, her face has a strange expression on it, She stands up " I'll leave tonight" and walks away. Jackson Runs behind her and grab her arm," Wait Aubree, I need you to tell King Titus about Morton, you must warn him".  She turns to Jackson, " get your hand off me, before you lose it", Jackson moves his hand in shock, then she walks away.     Aubree was in deep thought as she walked to her chambers, she needs to go now if she wants to make it there by morning.  As she enter her chamber, she see Queen Razel sitting on her bed, "My Queen" as she curtesy. Razel stands up and looks at Aubree, "Its been a very busy morning Aubree, do you mind telling me what's going on?" Aubree walks up to Razel and touch her shoulder, as her eyes started glowing and her hair turns snow white.   At that moment, Razel sees the content of the letter in her mind. Aubree removes her hand off Razels shoulder as her eyes and hair return to normal. Razel composes herself and clears her throat," I see". " Well get ready for your journey, and if you should need assistance, send for Tatyana." Razel starts walking to the door, "Aubree do be careful out there, it will be very hard to replace you".

  Aubree walks out the castle, and mount Midnight, her Black Horse with long silken mane. As she is traveling through the forest, she had the feeling she was being watched. She looks around, and pulls the reins, Midnight goes from a trotting to galloping. She comes up to a clearing, almost out of the forest, when something jumps out and knocks her off midnight. Aubree stands up and wipes the dirt and leaves off of her, " If you wanted to die, only thing you had to do is ask", as she smirks. A 7 foot troll steps out from the trees, growling and snarling. Drool was dripping from its enormous teeth, as it let out a loud roar. Aubree raises her eyebrow "Sorry hunny I don't speak troll", as she pulls her Silver sword out. Her eyes started glowing, while her sword did the same. The troll starts running to her, she felt the ground shaking as it got closer. She jumps in the air , does a flip and slices the troll a couple of times. As she lands on her feet, the trolls head rolls to her feet, and its body falls to the ground. She turns to look at midnight, "that was easy", then walks over and jumps back on her and midnight gallops away.
