Chaper 22

 Tristan's POV

I finally made it back to my chamber to see how Lynia is doing. I opened the door and seen Marcel sitting by the bed holding her bestfriends hand. I took a closer look when I noticed a green mist coming from Marcels hand going into Lynias body. I slowly walked around to the other side of Marcel and noticed her eyes glowing. I stood there quietly and patiently waited on her to finish what she was doing. I knew exactly what she was doing, she is healing Lynia, I feel so guilty, if it wasn't for me, she wouldn't need to be healed. Her eyes slowly started returning to normal, at that same moment, the mist started returning to her body. I was sitting there thinking when I hear a whisper that snapped me out of my thoughts, " Tristan, you finally made it". I looked at Marcel and she was smiling at me, " How is she doing Marcel"?, as my eyes shifted to Lynia. "She just need to rest, it's a good thing the child is a dragon, it absorbed most of the damage protecting her". I took a sigh of relief as I walked over to the bed and sat down next to "my love", grabbed her hand and kissed it, "I'm so sorry love, I wont leave your side until I hear your angelic voice". Marcel stood up and proceeded to walk out, " Tristan she will be fine, but I will say this, if you ever put her in harm's way again, You will have to answer to me. She is just as important to me as she is to you" , then she walked out. I sat there going through everything that has been happening in the past couple of months, it was so quiet, sure we had troll attacks and a few battles but none of that compares to this. I really think King Morton is doing this to try to keep us off guard, but not on my fucking watch!! I will protect my family with all my might, if anyone, I mean anyone try to hurt them they will pray for death when Im done with them. I will have to double security and make sure no one enters or leave the castle. I need to talk to my father about us going to the Dragon City and have Vin train Alora with her dragon gifts. It will be difficult to separate Lynia and Alora from Cassandra and Sorsha but it has to be done. 

 Dez POV

 After I took Max to the healers I went to update King Titus and Lord Cletus of our situation. They were pretty pissed of that they got away but Lord Cletus sprung into action, " I need to increase security around here it's too much shit that's happening around here. Your majesty, we might need to get you back to the Dragon Kingdom. I stood there in shock, we can't leave yet, Alora is in too much danger for me to leave her. Fuck that I wish King Titus would agree with him and if he does, I'm not going no fucking where until I know she's safe. King Titus looked at me then he looked at Lord Cletus, " You're right, as long as I'm here King Morton will keep up with all this treachery. After Aloras birthday we will leave, but I will leave Dez and Max here, I already know Dez will not want to leave her as long as she's in danger. We will have to come up with a plan to force King Morton to make his move  before he tries to sneak attack us". He then turn toward me, " Come Dez, let's go for a walk, we need to have a little talk". We both began to walk down the corridor and out the castle to the gates, then he stopped and turned to me. " Dez what we are about to discuss is between you and me, I need you to speak in our native tongue". I nodded my head and took a big gulp, I knew it was something important because why else would we speak our language. He looked around to make sure he seen no one around, " Nós temos que tirar Tristan e sua familia daqui".( We have to get Tristan and his family out of here). I looked at him shocked, that's the last thing I expected him to say, " Como voce sugere que sua majestade? Alora e Lynia estao vinculados a Cassandra e Sorsha". ( How do you suggest that your majesty? Alora and Lynia are bound to Cassandra and Sorsha). " Deixe-me preocupar com isso, mensagem Jackson e conte a ele sobre a situação. ( Let me worry about that, message Jackson and tell him about the situation). Diga a ele que eu preciso do meu exército preparado em duas semanas, e diga a ele para enviar Vin". (Tell him I need my army prepared in two weeks time, and tell him to send for Vin).  " Vá até meu filho e diga a ele para encontrar Aubree, eu tenho um emprego para ela.( Go to my son and tell him to find Aubree, I have a job for her). Eu Preciso você mantenha e muito mais de olho na Alora ate que eu tenha um plano". ( I need you to keep a much closer eye on Alora until I have a plan).  "Se esse filho da puta qur uma guerra eu vou dar-lhe uma guerra!!" ( If that fucker wants a war, Im going to give it to him!!). 

  Aloras POV

I sat on my bed as it started to become dark out. I was looking out the window when I seen my grandfather and Dez walk to the gates and stopped as he looked around and began to talk to Dez. I tried to use my gifts to listen, but they were too far for me to hear. I guess I'm still new to that gift, I really need to practice, if only I can hear what they are saying. I was concentrating on them when a knock on the door startled me back into reality. Who the hell is knocking at my door at this time? And what the fuck do they want? I walked over and opened the door and to my suprise, it Sorsha looking like a lost puppy. "May I come in to talk to you Alora"? I looked at her and smirked, " This is technically your castle, you can go anywhere you please in it". She slowly walked in with her head down and turned to me, " Alora, I need you to know, I didn't keep the fact that Max is my bloodmate from you on purpose Alora. He asked me not to tell anyone until my 18th birthday". "Sorsha stop right now; I dont give a fuck what your reason is for not telling me. You asked me everyday about Dez, teased me all the time, and you couldn't tell me, the one person you say you trust with your life. I Guess I'm just a servant to you and that's it, so I will treat you accordingly".    At this point I could tell she was getting upset, " Alora you're overreacting again, please understand, what if Dez asked you to keep it from me?" I stood there in shock, how in the hell did she just fix her mouth to insult my bloodmate like that. I felt myself going angrier by the second as I thought about what she said about Dez. I let out a big huff, " First of all, Dez would never ask me to do some bullshit like that, he's not ashamed of me. Dez will shout it from the mountain top that I'm his other half!!!  But Max asked you to keep it a secret, does your father even know? You know what Sorsha, don't even answer those questions, just get out of my chamber!" She dropped her head in defeat, then a tear started to run down her cheek, " Alora you are like a sister to me, I never looked at you like my servant, my mother did. I will leave your chamber but first I must prove something to you". She turned around and started slowly walking toward the door then stopped and turned around, " I Sorsha, daughter to Lord Cletus and Lady Cassandra of Osura, release you Alora, daughter to Tristan and Lynia from Osura, from the bloodbond". She then turned around before she started crying, and ran out of my chamber.
