Aloras POV

Dez was staring at me for a long time before he said anything to me, " So green eyes you changed your hair? It looks good on you", as he gave me a seductive look. I was shocked, he was the only one who noticed my hair today, " Thank You for noticing", as I blushed. He look around for a moment , " Why are you not with Sorsha or Aubree?" I swear if one more dam person ask me that fucking question, I'm going to explode. "Sorsha wanted to check on Max and I haven't seen Aubree yet". He grabbed my hand and began walking toward the castle, " Lets have some fun today, let's grab some swimsuits and go to the beach". I instantly stopped walking and yanked my hand away, "Are you serious? We can't just pick up and go to the beach, we have duties".....He cut me off so quick and grabbed my hand again, " You heard your father, I can't let you out of my sight, so let's go have fun, just you and me". Well since he put it like that, I couldn't pass up the chance to spend some alone time with him. When we reached my chamber, I ran in and starting looking for my swimsuits. I grabbed my red swimsuit and put it on under my clothes, then I grabbed my sandals, towels and sunhat and threw them in a bag. I walked out the room and Dez was standing there with his bag waiting on me. Dang he's fast, it only took me literally 5 minutes to pack my bag, maybe he already had it planned. He had a smirk on his face as he began to walk towards me, " It took you long enough, I swear women take forever to get ready". I smiled because he was trying to get a reaction out of me, but it's not going to work. "Excuse me for taking so long Sir Dez, next time you could let me know beforehand, I would've been ready faster", as I starting walking down the corridor. He ran after me laughing, " Come on green eyes, can't you take a joke?" I instantly stopped walking as a devilish smirk ran across my face, " Not at my expense", as I started back walking. When I reached the main door he grabbed my arm and turned me towards, " Come on green eyes, don't get mad", as he smiled from ear to ear. This is the perfect time to mess with him, I smiled at him, " I'm not mad, why should I be? I forgot how when you're over 50, you could become cranky and mean". He let a little chuckle out that sounded like music to my ears. "Come on green eyes lets get going".     Once we reached the beach I took of my dress and put my sandals, hat, and sunglasses on. Dez went behind a tree and changed into his trunks and sandals and walked back to where I was sitting. I grabbed a spot in the shade, but close enough to the water incase I wanted to take a swim. Dez came over and sat right next to me and began going into his backpack and pulled out a little basket. He started going through the basket and pulled champagne, glasses, and assortments off cheese and fruit. He is so sweet, I knew he had this day planned for us. He faced me and began to pour some champagne in a glass and handed it to me, " I know your still a newborn and you're not old enough to drink this, so if you get caught, you did not get this from me", as he winked at me and smiled. What a smartass, I knew he wasn't going to let that comment about his age slide.  I smirked as I took a sip, " I think I'm old enough to have a little drink, I think the drinking age is 15". He laughed as he picked up his glass and grabbed a strawberry and began to eat it. I picked up a pineapple slice a took a bite, it was so good and juicy, all I could do is lick my lips and continue to eat it. We both stared into to sky eating and drinking before Dez broke the silence, " Alora, I really wanted some alone time with you, without duties, chaperones or interruptions". I heard him take a big gulp, " I know we're spent time together, but we've never talked about ourselves personally". He turned toward me and grabbed my hand," You're so beautiful, but I want to get to know your inner beauty too, I mean you are my other half, we have to get to know each other", as he smiled nervously. My heart started beating so fast when he grabbed my hand, I felt the spark between us. I took a deep breath and looked him dead in his eyes and almost got lost in them, " Well, since you've planned this so perfectly, I don't see anything wrong with getting to know my bloodmate". He smiled and kissed my hand, " You just don't know how happy you've made me", as he ran his hand through my hair, "I really like what you've done to your hair". He took his other hand and began to caress the side of my face, " I just want to admire your beauty for a moment". He then moved so close to my face, I could smell the strawberries on his breath. It felt like my world was spinning, he was driving me crazy to the point I was ready to wear his colors. He stared at me like he was examining a piece of art or something. Before he could do anything else, I lifted my hand and began to rub his hair. He looked a little shock, but what I did next, totally took him off guard. I grabbed his hair and pushed his lips onto mine, I was tired of waiting on him to kiss me. He always seemed so confident and cool, but when it comes to me, he's always nervous. I could tell I really caught him off guard because he tensed up a little, then his body relaxed as the kiss intensified. I felt the sparks flow through my body and the feeling was incredible. He planned the perfect day for us this is actually the best day of my life so far, i'm finally kissing my bloodmate and getting to know him a hell of a lot better.
