 Aloras POV

I looked over to Dez and Max and realized that they were sitting at a different table looking around. Suri smiled and turned to the guy sitting next to her, " You remember Lee, he's all grown up now", as she smiled. We both looked at him in shock, I still remember that snot nose kid following us around all the time. He grew into a very handsome guy, I still remember when he said he wanted to be my bloodmate to protect me. I always laughed at the idea because he's 2 years younger than me and he is a fairey so he will be mature next year, but I always treated him as a little brother. He smiled at both of them then shot his glaze at Alora and his smile grew, " Hey Alora it's very good to see you again",as he leaned across the table to kiss my hand. I snatched my hand from him and looked over to Dez and he looked pissed. Suri sensed the mood and smiled, " Alora, remember when Lee wanted to become your bloodmate? It was so cute, look he's all grown up now", as she winked and nudged my arm. " I remember Suri", as I smiled. "But I have found my bloodmate already", as I blushed. Suri smiled very excitedly, " Who, when, where did you meet him"?' I glanced over to Lee and he looked a little disappointed. "Sorsha found her bloodmate too", as I smiled. Suri looked back and forth between Sorsha and I, "You two are so lucky to find your bloodmates before you turn 18, I still have to wait", as she pouted. She opened her mouth to say something but Lee interrupted her," Sorsha, Alora, you two have found your bloodmates, but they let you come to town alone with just two dragon bodyguards? If I were your bloodmates, I wouldn't let you out of my sight", as he smirked and cut his eye to me. I heard a low growl coming from behind me, shit, can Dez here us? I gulped and looked at Suri and Lee, who was looking at the table where Dez and Max were sitting. " Matter of face Lee," I started but began to get nervous, I don't know why I became so nervous. " That table you are looking at, you see the one with the green armband, that's my bloodmate", as I smiled with pride. Sorsha chimed in too, " and the other one is my bloodmate". They both turned pale and looked at each other, at the same the waitress came with our drinks and sat them down. Suri grabbed a pint, and held it high, "Cheers!!!! To you two finding your bloodmates. And Happy Birthday Alora!". I smiled, picked up my pint, raised it high and began to drink. 

Dezs Pov

I was so pissed to say the least at this fucking fairey flirting with my other half. I wanted to rip out his tongue and eyes for talking and looking at her. If it wasn't for Max stopping me from going over there I would have walked over there as soon as he kissed her hand and gave her a seductive look!. I was still fuming when I saw that same guy from town that was staring at Alora and her friend. I remember his face when he walked in with a couple of guys. I nudged Max and glanced at them, luckily I didn't have to say more. The 3 guys looked around the whole tavern until they saw Alora and Sorsha sitting there drinking. I do need to work off some of this anger from fairey boy, so I stood up, looked over to Max and signaled him to come. When we reached the table the 3 guys were trying to buy the ladies some drinks and sit and talk. Alora was the first to decline than everyone else declined. When I walked up, I looked at Alora because she had a very nervous look on her face, The guys pulled out their knives and grabbed Alora and Sorsha, " We just want these two". I raised my eyebrow and kinda smirked, " You really want to do this? Do you and your friends have a deathwish?",s as I pulled my daggers out. At that same moment Max pulled his sword out and ran by my side. Suri and Lee sat there with shocked looks on their faces not knowing what to do. Just as I was about to advance, the guy that had the knife to Aloras neck, " Tsh, tsh tsh, don't you value your other halfs life?, as he pressed the knife deeper in her neck. "It doesn't matter to me, I will get paid if she's dead or alive". He smirked as he moved the knife to her chest in front of her heart.  I paused for a second and let out a growl, " If you hurt her, I will personally make sure the rest of your life would be very painful!". He whistled, then he pushed Alora to the guy next to him. A crowd of vampires, witches, and faireys came in with swords and axes getting ready to attack Max and I. I looked and seen the two guys escorting Alora and Sorsha out the back door, but the main guy stayed, I guess to make sure the others finish the job. " I don't have time for this shit!" I looked over to Max and all of a sudden Suri jumped on the table and pointed at us, " Go get the girls, we will take care of them". At that moment Suri pulled out her sword and shield and her eyes started to glow , Lee, whose eyes were glowing since that guy put the knife to Aloras chest, pulled out his knife in one hand and something strange in the other. I turned to look at the leader who was trying to run out the back door, coward. I threw my dagger at him and hit his left thigh and he fell to the ground. I turned to Max, " Go try to catch the carriages,grab Sorsha, I will get Alora and will catch up". Max nodded then I noticed his eyes were glowing and his face was changing, I just realized that Max was trying to suppress his anger. Before I could say anything else, Max ran out the back door, looked at the leader, kicked him in the face so hard his jaw broke. He then ran out to the forest, I heard his loud roar before he took off. I then walked over to him and dragged him out of the tavern. When we got outside, I pulled my dagger out of him and cleaned it on his pants, " I'm only going to ask you once, Where are they taking them?" I was losing my patience, he was just screaming in pain, he didn't hear my question. "Listen to my words! Where the fuck did you take them?!", as I stabbed his chest. He squirmed and took a deep breath, " King Morton......." the only thing that came out of his mouth. At this point Im beyond pissed, this fucker is trying to hand my fucking other half to that bastard! I was trying to control my anger but the look on this fucker face, I was slowly changing. I kneeled down, " It seems you really do have a death wish". I punched my hand through his chest and grabbed out his heart and squeezed it, his body went limp. I ran to the carriage and instructed the driver to take the road they took and grabbed my bag. My dragon was already breaking through, I just let him out. I took flight in the direction of the road to King Morton's castle. How fucking dare them take whats mine, I will kill every one of them!

Lucis just received the message that Alora was on her way by carriage. They actually have her, he thought. Lucis thought that since she's Tituss granddaughter that it would be a lot of bodyguards but it seems it was only two dragons. He wouldn't dare tell King Morton that they have her until she's actually here. He walked down the corridor and knocked on a door," I know you're in there". The door opened and Jack came out, " What do you want?" I looked over his shoulder and saw one of the servants in his bed naked, " Alora is on her way here, dont you want to greet her when she get here?"as his eyebrow raised. Jack began to smile with a sparkle in his eyes, " That's great news, I will go get some men to greet her", he said excitedly. He turned to the servant, "Be gone when I come back, I don't want to see your face again", as he closed the door. He walked past Lucis, almost skipping and humming down the corridor. Lucis shook his head, " Only if you knew that as soon as she turn 18 , you will die with her/', he whispered. He then walked to the guards and told them to prepare for the carriage to arrive. He went to the kitchen and poured himself a cup of wine he had stored in the cabinet. He sat there holding the glass, thinking, its almost done, maybe after all of this I can leave this realm and be free to find my bloodmate. A smile cracked around his face.
