- using the physical strength of a person of choice, the user is granted hydrokinesis, pyrokinesis, and telekinesis. control over the elements is reliant on the physical strength of the sharer. the sharer retains their physical strength while the quirk is being used. when the powers are used excessively, both the user and the sharer suffer fatigue, nausea, and can lead to fainting.

the person of choice or sharer can be oneself, however, the current user is not physically gifted and often reach their limit after two minutes of use. both the user and the sharer's eyes glow when the quirk is being used.

father :
power up
- for a set amount of time, the user is able to boost their stats and increase their strength, attack, and defense. if the user's physical activity stops while in powered up form, they are reverted back to normal and are unable to power up for twice the set time.

(for instance: the user sets to power up for five minutes but stops using their body after three, they are reverted back to normal and unable to power up again until after ten minutes)

current time limit for the current user : four hours
