drowning with the weight
succumbed to the burden of guilt
I try to reach the surface
But it's already too late

My insides burning
not with dearth of oxygen
but with guilt
anguish tearing me apart

flocs of lies float
Choking me as i reach
the surface, reaching out for
a hand, deep inside
Hope still alive

Sitting on my heart
the burden too stubborn
It seems

Move move move,c'mon!
Nothing is working
Can see an angel diving
I make the painstakingly long
Journey to the top

It's all bright and sunny
At the top
Something lifts
Something took place
