STEPHEN FINDING THE LETTERS YOU WROTE FOR HIM BEFORE YOU LEFT.
"Well, that was easy" Stephen said, a smile tugging at his lips as he walked down the stairs.
The battle had been a total success. Easier than he had imagined, even. He had spent so much time preparing for it, and it was just...over. Now, he was just wandering around the compound as he usually did. Until that night.
"Well, I don't know about you, but I'm gonna order a tuna melt. Care to join me?" Wong asked, already walking in the direction of the kitchen.
Stephen would have accepted the offer if he hadn't spotted a beautifully decorated box. It looked vintage, to be precise. In that moment, he knew whose box it was; yours. He took it, slowly opened it and for his surprise he found the unexpected.
Letters.
There were letters adressed to him. Letters that expressed how you had fallen deeply in love with him over time, how you'd never given up in love even when there was struggle. All the extravagant parties you had attended just for him, all the last minute trips you had to take just to assist him during a surgery; you did all that for him.
But now it was different. You were gone, and only god knew if you were ever going to come back into Stephen's arms again.
