With the time, Rocket taught you how to patch them up if Groot got hurt for some reason. At first, you thought it was unnecessary but let's be honest, who wouldn't need a lesson of 'how to patch a Baby Groot up' when the only thing he does is get in danger?

Rocket sighed to himself and then, as he holded a tiny plaster, he looked at you. "So, as I was telling you Little guy flinches easily so you have to be really careful, okay?"
"What if one of his leaves falls?" you asked.
"Then I guess," Rocket hesitated, looking down at Groot, who was playing with a leaf on his arm and thinking about something else entirely; "we're doomed."
