It was not the way you wanted things to get finished, but clearly you had no other way. With Pierce now seemingly defenseless, he watched you began to leak all of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s files and history onto the internet for the entire world to see. HYDRA was falling down, and all was thanks to you.
"Huh, I guess I was wrong about you all this time," Pierce scoffed as he took a step forward to face you. With a knowing smirk he said: "I understimated you. I should have known better."
"Of course you should've," you spat, shocking the HYDRA ally immediately,
He narrowed his eyes for a moment and stared at you, making stop your typing. "There you go. All those years full of effort and hard training wasted. What a pity!"
"HYDRA was never my home and it will never be," you said as you looked at the rest of the member of the council, who were somewhat surprised.
"Are you sure you're ready for the world to see you as you really are?" he questioned you as you kept on typing into the laptop.
Although this was going to reveal all your darkest secrets, you knew deep inside you it was the right thing to do. You gave a brief stare at him, and answered back. "The real question, Mr. Council, is: are you?"
