How much can a reflection actually show you? How much can it really tell you? In short: an awful lot more than you would think. You may be feeling happy and you can be wearing the biggest smile on your face, but, if when you look at your reflection and you look closely at that smile, if it doesn't reach your eyes, then you know, you know within your heart of hearts, that you aren't actually happy at all. A reflection can also shatter your heart. Have you ever walked past a mirror and caught a glimpse of yourself out of the corner of you eye and thought 'Wow, I'm actually beautiful,' only to double back and take a closer look and you find all of your imperfections and flaws and your heart sinks, it breaks, it shatters into a thousand pieces? We shouldn't. we shouldn't be like this or live this way but its human nature and that will never change.
