Here is some advice for littles who miss their caregivers
Not being around your caregiver can really be a bummer. I have really bad anxiety and depression so not being around my caregiver can be hard.
Here is some advice for littles out there
1. Hum your favorite song
2. Draw a picture
3. Paint something
4. Take a nap
5. Make sure to eat
6. Make sure to drink the right amount of water
7. Color
8. Cuddle with your blanket/stuffies
9. Go for a walk
10. Play video games
11. Exercise
12. Do your nails
13. Watch videos
14. Cook/Bake something
15. Find a new hobby
16. Catch up on any work that you missed out on/is due soon
17. Write a poem/song
18. Make really silly faces
19. Dance around
20. Watch a movie
21. Do your make up
22. Sort out your room, a clean space is a happy space
23. Make a collage of your aesthetic
24. Keep yourself occupied
