I know sometimes life gets hard and our life problems get the best of us, and we need to set back and take care of ourselves. So here are some tips to help ease everything

1. Know it's ok to cry. Sometimes it's taking hot baths and sipping tea. Sometimes we really need to cry to let all of the stress inside us out.

2. Know that nothing is wrong with who you are. You were made a certain way and you shouldn't change.

3. Know that even if someone thinks that your problems aren't that big, they are to you and that's important.

4. Learn that stepping back from what your doing is alright. You need space to breathe sometimes.

5. Write your feelings down in a journal to express any feelings.

6. Do something you haven't done in a while that makes you happy.

7. If you haven't been outside lately, go outside and pay very close attention to every detail or sound you hear, it's a great way to clear your mind.

8. Hang out with friends if you haven't in a while, they probably miss you.

9. You don't have to hang out with them sometimes you need alone time and that's okay.

10. Eat your favorite meal

11. Take the time to think about the friends in your life. Is there anyone that's a toxic friend of yours? Are they making you feel bad? Should you be friends with them?

12. Always remember there is someone who loves you, you might know who it is. Someone might look up to you, someone might think you're the only one who makes them smile. Remember that!
