3 days later...
My mom forced me back to the hospital, saying I should be there to take care of myself.
I reluctantly walked to the hospital and entered my room.
I saw Ren there, sitting and holding a photo.
When he saw me, he said, "Hey, little lamb. You look pale."
I didn't reply and slipped into the hospital bed.
"Little lamb?"
"Go away."
He pursed his lips and rubbed my bad shoulder softly.
"Stop." I ordered. He was lifting the shirt by rubbing my arm, and saw my bandages.
"Tsukiko."
He began to remove my bandages and I let him.
"What are these?" he asked.
"Cuts." I was giving him short, small responses.
His eyebrows turned into a frown and he got up.
Thank god he's leaving, I thought.
Suddenly, he picked me up bridal style and carried me outside.
"Ren?" I asked in confusion.
"I'm talking you for a walk, you need more fresh air." he said.
I've been outside for a while now, I thought bitterly.
He hugged me close to his chest and I wrapped my arms around his back.
He walked around the hospital but stopped a few minutes later.
I looked up and he said, "Why?"
I looked in front of us and saw Misaki forcing a kiss onto Syo.
I swallowed. My hand twitched for the razor in my purse.
They noticed us and Syo said, "Let's leave Misaki."
My heart felt even worse.
"Stop running..." I cried.
I felt huge pains in my chest.
I grabbed the fabric over it. It was pounding like crazy.
Syo turned around, a worried look on his face.
"It hurts.... to see you run... from me," I said. My face was probably twisted in pain.
My heart was thundering, in a bad way.
"Shut up, Tsunami. Stop acting. We know you're an AI!" Misaki shouted at me coldly.
Tears weren't even able to stream down my cheek, I hadn't eaten or drunken in the past day. I had lost large amounts of water in my body due to my cuts.
"Why Tsunami? You can't even recognize me anymore?" I uttered.
"Tsukiko, what's wrong?!" Ren asked in panic.
Misaki tried to drag Syo away but he was frozen on the spot.
"SYO!" Misaki yelled, trying to get his attention.
He threw her arm off of him and began to run towards me.
Was he finally coming back?
