The doctor flashed a light repeatedly into one of the mouse's eyes before moving onto the other. He tried so many things to naturally wake him up-to-date but it was as if he wasn't even there.
Exasperated, the only thing he could do was walk out of the curtain to inform the patient's friends the news. Suddenly, a rushing in of toon nurses came through the door, bringing the devil toon in and setting him onto the bed he had recently occupied.
"Ngh..." Bendy murmured shakily. His soul was visible, the melting pool of gold solidified into a broken heart with many chips and cracks. But the crack that was the most intriguing was the newly formed one that was just oozing his soul's substance.
The doctor immediately came to his side, checking for pulses, along with many of the tests that he had just done on Mickey before.
"Oh dear," Doc said. "Who here saw what happened?"
Oswald perked k to the room, ashamed. "It was m-me."
Ozzie explain what had happened and gestured to Bendy's wrist the marks were intriguing, Oswald had said, and couldn't help but notice Bendy scratching at them.
Doc scribbled some notes and tote the sheet off, slapping the sheet above the headboard.
"I want nurse Fanny by my side immediately. And Oswald-"
"Yes?" Hopeful.
"Tell the others this." And he told him. Oswald's ears tilted and sagged. He nodded glumly, and went off to spread the news.
Doc put on a new pair of gloves and disposed of the old ones.
"This is going to be difficult..."
