[Busan, 13 March]
[3 Years After]Jimin POV.
"Weather forecast shows...buzz... a promising night! The harsh cold that...buzz... been dominating Busan city...buzz... softened by tod...buzz... morning around s...unrise."
07:30 a.m.
I love the smoke of the freshly baked tea. I love how it dissolves into the air and warms the inside of my house. I love how it decorates little patterns through the air.
I finish pouring the tea inside my mug from the little steel teapot and bring the cup to my nostrils, smelling the tasty black tea.
- Mmm.
"Everybody is exci...ted for a bright...buzz... sunny day! Busan residents are also planning to go star gazing at the Jangsan mount...buzz... tonight since... the sky seems to be crystal clear at night."
My heart flutters upon the news weather forecast filling the room through the old buzzing radio located on the sink of my kitchen. It's been a couple of cold months, spring is slowly arriving. I can't help but contain my excitement.
I am disturbed from my thoughts through the knock on the door and the "Jimin-ah!" cheer coming from the outside. I smile widely, place the hot cup on the sink and walk through my feet-paw-pajamas to attend the door.
- Jimin-ah!
My face stretches into a comfortable smile upon the appearance of my goofy friend.
- Cha chan! -He is holding up a plastic see-through bag with delicious-smelling food inside.
- Uuh, what is this? You got bagels? -I excitedly grab the plastic and peek inside, meanwhile Chul-soo walks inside the house and pulls me in too since I'm still busy going through the different types of yummy bagels he brought.
- Yup! -He replies while taking his jacket off and hangs it on the hanger in the entrance of the house. -My mum baked it for you especially.
I look at him in surprise.
- Seriously?
He chuckles and nods.
- She loves you Jimin-ah. You know she would do anything to see you smile.
I giggle while placing the plastic bag on the sink and turn around to properly face Chul-soo. His parents have a bakery shop around the area and his mother occasionally sends me treats with Chul-soo in the mornings. I got to know Chul-soo's family much better since I moved to Busan. We hang out all the time and go to work together. On our way to work we pass from the bakery to get ourselves breakfast most mornings and that's how I got to become really close with Chul-soo's mother, who loves me at this point, and his father too.
