3RD PERSON POV

“There is something that you need to know. I’m telling you this because I feel like you deserve to know.” Anna said sitting down in front of Forth’s parents.

“What is it dear?” Forth’s mom asked.

“Forth is having romantic and intimate relations with a man.”

“Finally!” Forth yelled as the light turned green.

It was pouring rain and the traffic was horrible. Forth felt like he had been sitting in the same spot forever. He needed to get to Beam and there was nothing that was going to get in his way of that.

Forth drove for a couple more minutes before his car started sputtering and then came to a complete stop. The front started smoking. Fort groaned and got out to check it. The rain fell on him, drenching him instantly.

He groaned as he checked the car. It had broken down. He sighed, getting back into his car. He went to call Beer but his phone had died. He sighed and grabbed his jacket from the backseat before getting back out of the car. He began to walk, leaving his car behind.

There was nothing getting in his way of seeing Beam.

Back at Beam’s parent's house, Forth’s parents were sitting down with Beam’s. They had gone over once Anna had left. Anna told them that Beam and Forth were together. She tried to make it sound disgusting and horrible. His parents knew better.

“I already knew.” Beer admitted. Both sets of parents look at him.

“Well, I think this is honestly adorable. I mean we originally wanted him to marry Beer, but Beam works just as much.” Forth’s mother said laughing. Beam’s parents laughed and agreed.

“I just wish they would have told us. It’s not like we give a shit.” Beam’s dad said. Beer sighed.

“They didn’t actually start anything really until a few days ago.” She explained. “Beam was upset because he saw Forth and Anna doing something and he mistook it. That’s why he left. Forth went to see him, but I haven’t heard from him since he left.” She said. They nodded their heads.

“I guess we’ll just have to wait.” Beam’s mom said sighing.

Forth had been walking for god knows how long. I was starting to get dark. The rain was still pouring down. Thank the lord for a lady pulling up in her truck.

“Do you need a ride?” She asked. Forth thanked her greatly and got in. She drove him the rest of the way to Beam’s

FORTH POV

Once I got there I stood outside his door, soaking wet, and out of breath. I didn’t want to wait any longer before I see him. I knock on the door and waited for it to open.

When the door opened a tired looking Beam froze and stared at me.

“Forth? What are you doing here?” He asked. I couldn’t tell what emotion he had in his eyes. He looked confused, happy, sad and so many much more.

“I came to see you. I came to explain to you what you think you saw.” I said pushing him aside and going into his room. He sighed deeply closing the door.

“I don’t need any explanation. I know what I saw. And why are you wet?” He questioned crossing his arms. I groaned and rubbed my face with my hands.

“Can you please just shut up, stop jumping to conclusions, and listen for once?” I asked. Beam stared at me dumbfounded. “I hate it when you do that. What you saw wasn’t what you saw. Okay? She came over not even five minutes before you. I told her that I wasn’t going to take her back because I like someone else. I like you. You texted me and I got scared so I tried to call you. I tried but I couldn’t. I went over to your house and got Beer to tell me where you were. I was on my way here when it started pouring down rain, and then the traffic was horrible. After that my car broke down. I couldn’t fix it because it was still pouring rain. My phone died and so I couldn’t call anyone. I started walking here and then a lady pulled up and was nice enough to give me a ride. I had to see you. I had to tell you that I don’t like her.” All of the words came out like vomit. I didn’t even know if Beam could understand half of what I was saying because it was so fast. When I looked at him he was still in the same position, with his arms crossed.

“How do I know you’re telling the truth?” He asked quietly. I sighed.

“Because I love you, Beam. I love you so much.” I admitted. He didn’t say anything or move for a few moments. When he did he moved forward and wrapped his arms around my neck, bringing my head down and connecting our lips. I was surprised but I didn’t hesitate to kiss back.

I wrapped my arm around his waist and held him close. He held on to my neck tightly, like he was afraid if he let go I would disappear. When we both pulled back, for some much-needed air, he rested his forehead against mine and closed his eyes.

“I love you too.” He said before looking up at me. “I’m sorry I’m so stupid.” He said letting a tear fall down his cheek. I laughed and shook my head, wiping the tear away.

“You’re not stupid.” I said kissing his forehead. We were silent for a moment before Beam spoke again.

“Where all did she touch you?” He asked looking up at me. I could tell by the look on his face he was determined to do something. What? I don’t know.

“What?” I asked. He let go of me and backed up to the door. He turned around and locked both the top and bottom locks. When he turned around he bit his lip a little.

“Where all did she touch you?” He asked, repeating his question and walking back towards me. He pushed me backward and onto his bed. “Here?” He asked gliding his fingers down my arm. “What about here?” He moved his fingers to my chest, pushing me so I was laying on my back.

To be continued....
