Subaru explains what's going on and why the window in Kajah's room is broken.
Emilia: we should head over to the village ASAP!
Rem: right I'll come to. Emma and Mei are in danger and I feel like I'm really responsible here.
Subaru: Rem you're not and yes we must go now and see if the kids in the village are gone to.
Ram: the boys are still here asleep though.
Beatrice: so it's just the girls that are missing? Strange.
Rem: we can figure this out later. Let's go already!
Subaru: right!
Emilia: sorry you're right.
Beatrice: would you like me to inform Raswaal as well Emilia?
Emilia: yes please this is important
Meanwhile with Kajah.
Kajah: come on boy I know you can smell them.
Crimson: *Howls with a deep demonic howl loudly in the night*
Kajah: there we go good boy
Meanwhile with Lith and the 4 girls.
Lith: sooo cute you all are and, your aura are just so sweet. I can't wait to devour your little souls *giggles*
Petra:....wh-what's going on? Why am I here? H-HELP!!!
Lith: dam my spell seems to be wearing off. No matter I'll just cast it again.
Lith goes over to Petra and talks to her.
Lith: don't worry I'm here Petra ok?
Petra starts to cry
Petra: L-Lith? Wh-where are we? Why are Mei,Emma and Meina so quiet?
Lith oh that because I put a spell on all of you heheheh.
Petra:W-what are you...saying?
Before Petra's eye Lith began to change her outfit into an armor like outfit that's very revealing.
Petra: wh-who are y-you? Wh-what are you.
Petra trembling in fear.
Lith: I'm am Lith the soul harvesting demon and, I just love little cute pure girl souls the most. Something about the taste is just too good to pass up sometimes.
Petra: your...your gonna eat us?
Lith: oh no that's gross. I just will eat your little souls. However my hell hounds will eat the left over hahahah
Lith summons 4 hell hounds around them and the hounds began growling at the little girls.
Lith: now now my pups mommy hasn't eaten her fill yet.
All the hell hounds howls at the same time in excitement.
Petra: H-HELP!!
Lith: no one can hear you out here. i made sure to bring you all far away. Now do be good and be my meal.
At that moment a very loud and powerful howl is her from within the forest.
Lith: what was that?
In a blink of an eye Lith lost one of her hell hounds.
Lith: what? Who's there!
Then another.
Lith: HEY!! SHOW YOUR SELF!!!
And at the same time the last 2 of her hell hounds where killed.
Lith: DAM IT!! WHERE ARE YOU BASTARD!!!
Kajah: *in a very serious tone* you know I will never forgive you for taking these kids
Lith: how did you?
Kajah: CRIMSON TAKE MEI AND MEINA OUT OF HERE NOW!!!
Crimson: looks at Kajah and nods his head. And before Lith could do anything Crimson was gone.
Lith: Dam you...how did you get those two from me?
Lith grabs Petra and Emma closer to her.
Kajah: (I was only able to grab those to? DAM IT!) I won't let you hurt them Lith. You where planning this the whole time weren't you!
Lith: Huh?
Kajah: I know it's you Lith. Your aura has changed but you're the only one that would do this. Not to mention I didn't see you in the village on the way here. I won't let you get away with this!!! I'm taking those kids back to their homes!
Lith: hah let's see you try then.
Kajah removes his eye patch and bandages from his arm.
Lith: (what? wait what is this sudden aura I feel?)
Kajah begins to call upon his Yin energy.
Kajah: SHADOWS!!
Lith: what??
The area is covered in the black clouds and then Kajah calls it all back around him.
Kajah: REFORM!!!!
Lith: what? It can't be.
The mist that was surrounding him began to dissipate and Kajah once again becomes the Shadow Knight.
Emma's eyes light up and she smiles feeling safe despite her current situation.
Kajah: now then as I was saying I'll be taking those kids back.
Lith: (I-Impossible...only me and my older siblings can do that...it's...in our blood...how can he?Kajah...is he really?) You-you can't be...I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THIS!!
Kajah: Huh? What are you even talking about.
Lith: DIE!!!
Kajah dodges Lith's long range whip attack with ease however given his situation, it makes it hard for him to counter with the Emma and Petra still very close to her.
Kajah: (I can't avoid her forever and, those kids are in danger if I try to attack her I might hurt them. Think Kajah think.)
Lith: Whats wrong Kajah? I thought you where gonna take these kids back? Well they're right here.
Kajah: dam. (how cowardly.)
The battle goes one for several minutes and Kajah has been avoiding every attack so far. Lith is going farther and farther away from the village forcing Kajah to fallow her to.
Meanwhile with Subaru and the others.
Subaru: Crimson?
Crimson returns but without Kajah and only 2 kids on his back.
Subaru: Crimson that's Mei and Meina. Where did you find them?
Rem: where are Kajah and the other 2 kids?
Crimson howls loudly and turns in the direction they where at.
Subaru: I see. Alright i am going to go that way.
Emilia: Wait Subaru don't go alone.
Rem: I'll go with him.
Ram: me to.
Subaru: are you all sure?
Rem and Ram: yes
Emilia: I'll stay here in the village with the kids. I'm sure they are a little shaken by what happened.
Crimson is also going to say with the kids because that's the last order Kajah gave him.
Meanwhile with Kajah's situation. Kajah is trying desperately to save Emma and Petra but each time he gets close Lith either gets a huge gap or she uses them as a shield.
Kajah: Dam it! Your so messed up you know that!
Lith: hahahah as if I'll let these two get away. How about you keep fallowing me?
Kajah: WHAT?! I have no time for these games.
Lith runs away deeper in the forest with Emma and Petra who are scared and shocked form what's going on. Lith manages to hid from Kajah for a little and she placed a spell on the two girls keeping them from moving.
Petra: what? I can't move?
Lith: hush now and don't go anywhere teehee.
Kajah: ENOUGH OF THIS!! STOP PLAYING AROUND!!!
Lith: heh ok ok here we are.
Kajah: where are we Lith?
Lith: oh just an area further away from that little village. (I can sense more people coming.) So now we can play here for a little longer.
Kajah: *tisk*  HUUUUAAAAA!!!
Lith: *giggles*
Kajah and Lith continue to battle and Kajah starts to tire Lith out.
Lith: *huff huff huff* (this boy...at this rate..he's gonna actually kill me. I have to think of something quick. oh I know heheheh.)
Kajah goes in for another attack but this time Lith grabs the neck of Petra , making Kajah stop instantly.
Lith: that's right.
Kajah: you...so because you're losing you resort to a cheap way out.
Lith: so what? I'm just using them to my advantage.
Kajah: *tisk*
Lith: now then don't move or I'll kill this one first.
Kajah: (dam you...maybe...maybe I can get her arm with my shadow step.)
Kajah listens to her but at the same time he's focusing on his next move and quick.
Lith: I see these girls are very important to you huh.
Kajah:...(I just need and opening)
Lith continues to talk to Kajah then when she finally let her guard down Kajah went for the attack severally wounding her right arm.
Lith: AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!! Y-YOU BASTARD!!
Kajah didn't notice that after he cut her arm a piece of her armor fell off and made a small little spot on the ground.
Lith: D-Dam it..(dam that boy... however I can use that spot there.)
Kajah: this is it Lith. Now hand those girls over to me.
Lith looks as to be defeated as she's holding her injured arm.
Petra and Emma still are scared but seem to look like they are at ease after seeing Kajah injure Lith badly.
Lith: (he's to fast on his reaction to fall for such a trick...he's so close to it to, but I need him off his guard.)
Kajah gets closer to Lith about to deal the final blow.
Lith: Wait...Kajah.
Kajah: hm? Don't try to talk your way out of this Lith.
Lith:let me ask you something first.
Kajah:what?
Lith:...yo-your not related to Lunanie are you?
Kajah: what? What does my grandmother have to do with anything?
Lith: (What?! Then.)
Lith looks at Kajah in disbelief and shock to her realization of who Kajah really is.
Lith: Kajah...do-do you know that Lunanie is my mother?
Kajah: wh-what?!
Lith: I didn't want to believe it,but...the evidence is clear...and that would mean...Carmella was your mother.
Kajah: you're...lying...
Lith: and if Lunanie is your grandmother and Carmella was your mother. my-my older sister then that would make you my nephew.
Kajah: WHAT?!
In the confusion of Kajah's mind he let his guard down. Lith to was shocked and in disbelief but, she got what she wanted and took her only chance.
Lith: (heh now is my only shot. Sorry nephew heheheh.)
Petra: KAJAH LOOK OUT!!
Kajah: what?
Despite the warning Petra gave Kajah wasn't able to move fast enough after seeing the dark spot by his feet.
Lith: (heh too late.)
Kajah: DAM!!
At that moment the dark area sprung out a fast sharp spike like thorn. The thorn was just too fast for Kajah to react to after being distracted by the information Lith gave.
Kajah: *Hugh*
The thorn pierced through Kajah's armor and went through his chest hitting his heart and going out the other side.
Petra: K-KAJAH!!!!
Emma: *looks in horror as Kajah was struck through the chest*
The thorn retraced fast and made blood gush out of his chest when it did.
Kajah: *coughs several times and blood comes out with each painful cough* wh-what was th-that?
Lith: it's part of my ability. My armor can be used as traps when it's broken.
Kajah: y-you...had a...trap...set? What...Was...that...spike?
Kajah's armor begins to fade away and he collapses face first. he slowly begins to lose conciseness.
Lith: that attack also adds a curse to you yes. The eyes of Xalvec curse will keep that power of yours in check. It looks very problematic and if you keep training with it you could even be a match for my older sister Elizabeth. I can't have that now can I. (Still...he's still alive?)
Kajah:..D-Dam it...it had...it had to be a curse.
Petra: KAJAH!!!
Emma: *opens her mouth and is crying but words still fail to escape her mouth*
Petra: KAJAH KAJAH PLEASE GET UP!!!
Emma: *extremely quiet*...d...
Lith goes over and begins to laugh and insult Kajah as he's laying lifeless on the ground.
Lith: HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! All that big talk you had. Now where is that huh?
Petra: KAJAH...please...get up!
Emma: *crying more and still trying to say something* d...a...
Lith: well I'm done with you now. I'm gonna go eat my meals now so please suffer as they slowly die. I'll start with Petra first and you can see little Emma here die as she can't say anything to you before she dies.
Lith goes over to Petra and slowly being taking her soul.
Petra: K-Ka-Ka...Jah...h-help.
Lith: you know that little girl I think I remember her form 2 years ago. Yah I remember now. I wanted her soul before but, my hell hounds only killed her parents. Someone killed my pups before they could bring her to me. Now I'm understanding why. Heheh this must be my lucky day then to get payback. Don't worry you will be joining your parents soon Emma hahahahah.
Kajah still unresponsive laying now in a pool of his blood. Then the unthinkable happened.
Emma: d-DAD!!!
Lith: what?
Lith stopped taking Petra's soul after hearing Emma's voice for the first time.
Petra: E-Em...ma?
Kajah.....
Emma crying ,scared and shaking manages to get out the words Kajah needed to get up.
Emma: DADDY PLEASE GET UP!!!!! WE NEED YOU!!!! I-I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY DAY AGAIN!!! PLEASE PLEASE GET UP!!!! I-I LOVE YOU DADDY!!!
Those words reached Kajah and awakened a hidden power within.
Kajah: ...E-Em-ma...
After hearing those words Kajah's aura began to surround him and his blood he was laying in began to rise. A thick dense aura of Yin began to form around him without any command and, a tower of red and black aura being to emerge.
Lith: wh-what is this? This power...this aura...it's...it's similar to my brother Wrath...no...that's impossible!
The tower was visible for everyone to see far and wide.
Emilia: huh? What's that?
Crimson: AAARRUUUUUUUU!!!!!
Emilia: Crimson? What's wrong boy?
Subaru, Rem and Ram who are trying get to Kajah could see and feel the massive amount of power.
Subaru: what? That's far...is that?
Rem: Kajah...
Ram: you think?
Subaru: let's hurry come on
Beatrice at the mansion can even see the massive tall tower of aura.
Beatrice: What is that...from way over here I can see and sense that aura. It's something I've never felt before. Kajah...what are you?
Meanwhile back to Kajah.
Kajah slowly steps out of the tower of aura and slowly opens his eyes. Kajah:...Emma.
Kajah looks at Emma and Petra.
Kajah: I herd your voice Emma. I'm sorry to make you cry but, now...your dad is awake.
Kajah in a more sleek looking set of armor holding up is left hand and looks at it trying to understand his current power. Both his eyes black with red pupil. His sword spilling an almost endless amount of mana and aura pure black in his right hand. Instead of having a full helmet it's only a face mask that covers from the nose down. Instead of having 2 horns he has 3 one on each side of his head and one in the middle of his forehead. A massive amount of aura rising up from his right arm and a small stream coming from his right eye. In less than a fraction of a second Kajah looks over at Lith and does the fastest shadow step he's ever done, so fast it makes the aura tower dissipate. At the same time he broke the spell that was keeping Emma and Petra from moving from their spot and had them with him away from Lith.
Lith: wh-what just...happened? H-how did you just.
Kajah: I did what I said I was going to do. That's what happened.
