Beatrice: so you say you know him Subaru?
Subaru: yes he lives with this person I met the other day named Kajah. He's a really nice guy to.
Emilia: so he has a father?
Subaru: From what I saw they are not related. At least I don't think so.
Rez: no we are not related...
Rem:u sure?
Ram: u act as if you are?
Rez:...shut it...I don't need any of y'all opinions.
Subaru: Why are u so rude Rez?
Rez: Hah if you knew,you people would not care so why would I waste my breath?
Emilia: I see...you have your reasons but still...
The room gets a little quiet at the answer Rez gave everyone. Meanwhile Kajah is almost at his destination and passes by a town. This made him interested but he knew his priority and continued on with the kids in the carriage as he's riding Crimson. Kajah and his kids he looks after end up at their destination and what he comes to surprises him.
Kajah: Wh...WOAH THIS PLACE IS HUGE!!!!
The kids look out to see and they are also amazed by the massive size of the mansion.
Zephyr: w-woah...this place is insane
Kajah: y-yah...well let's knock on the door I guess.
Meanwhile inside the mansion the girls and Subaru are trying to figure out what to do about Rez.
Emilia: well I guess we should bring him back to this Kajah person you know.
Subaru: yah I think that's the best opt-
Rez: NO WAY!! besides Kajah was gonna end up traveling today. Honestly I'm just gonna stay here. That way Kajah will have to come here to get me heh. Maybe the others will want to come and see this place.
Subaru: what? Wait Kajah travels?
Emilia: where does he travel to?
Rez: he travels everywhere honestly and he travels because he's looking for his father that whent missing when he was three...at least that's what he told us. I prefer him not to look cause we are his family...at least...that's what I want to say...but I can't say that to him. It's embarrassing.
Emilia: aww so that's what it is. You would rather have him stay at a nice place instead of always traveling and moving.
Rez: meh if I can stay here and hide Kajah will have to stay in this area and not travel so far. Cause he only comes here to visit grandma.
Subaru: that's right his grandmo-
Then suddenly  several knocks are herd from the door.
Ram:I'll see who it is.
Subaru:I'll go to.
Ram opens the door to see a  strange man with a eye patch and bandage arm.
Ram:uhhh who are you?
Subaru: Huh? Kajah?
Kajah: Huh? Subaru?! Oh wow so this is...your place? I had thought this was the wrong place but my wolf never lies heh.
Subaru: Wolf? Wait what wolf?
Kajah: oh u never saw my buddy Crimson that's right. *whistles* come here boy!
Crimson comes to Kajah and shocks Ram and Subaru by how the wolf looks and the size.
Subaru: h-h-HE'S HUG!!!!!!!
Kajah: he's my little bud for finding Rez mostly.
Subaru:but..he looks like he will do massive damage to anything.
Kajah: well if I command him to yes.
Ram looking a little annoying after being ignored patently waits.
Subaru: oh...uhh sorry Ram uhh this is Kajah the person I met yesterday.
Kajah: hello Ram it's nice to meet you.
Ram: Hi and Subaru try to let me finish the conversation with someone before interrupting please thanks you.
Subaru: yah..s..sorry
Kajah: my wolf picked up one of my kids here. I hope he wasn't too bad
Ram: no actually he's been pretty ok and talking to us. Fallow me please.
Subaru,Ram,and Kajah go to where Rez and the others are.
Subaru: so...Kajah Rez mentioned that you where gonna travel today. Is that true?
Kajah:Ah...yah Rez told you that huh?Well yes I am. I also assume he told you all why?
Subaru: yah.
Kajah: I see...well he's not wrong
Ram: sorry to interrupt but we are here.
Kajah is met with a group of girls around Rez talking to him
Emilia: so that's why...I'm sorry about what happened to you in the past. I hope you will be happy with Kajah and the other kids you call family.
Beatrice: Huh? Subaru ,Ram? Who's that with you?
Kajah: Hello everyone my name is Kajah and that little one there is who I came here for.
Emilia: oh hello I heard Subaru met you yesterday, it's nice to meet you
Beatrice: (his aura...it's that of a demons but at the same time I sense human and elf...what is he?)
Kajah: hello Emilia I sure hope he wasn't too bad with everyone.
Rem: Not really. He he's more mellow and nice once we talked more to him.
Rez:hey...uhh...I'm sorry Kajah...I was just curious about where Subaru lived.
Kajah. *sigh* I'm not mad at you Rez. I'm just glad you are ok.
Emilia: how did you know the way here Kajah?
Kajah: Oh I just had my Demon wolf hunt him down by using his scent is all.
Emilia: Demon wolf?
Kajah: yep. Oh the others wanted to come to considering they wanted to travel with me after picking you up.
Rez:Ah...but... what if we stayed here instead of traveling again? I mean it's nice and quiet,we all will have all the room to play outside and we won't be a burden on grandma.
Kajah: I see what your saying Rez but I don't think these people would want us here.
Meanwhile the other 5 kids went inside after Mei was able to find a way in. They start looking around and enjoying the big space before finding a room with a tall man sitting at a desk.
Mei: uhhh who are you?
Strange Man: funny I should be asking you all that question.
Back to Subaru and the others
Rez: but
Kajah: nope
Emilia: Really I don't mind for a little bit.
Kajah: That's very kind of you but I don't think the other kids would like a place this big to live in. I'm sure they will be overwhelmed.
Rez: Well why not ask them?
Kajah: *sigh* Rez...
Then the strange man appears before them with the 5 other kids with him.
Strange man: well well I must have missed some kind of party. Who's is this young man here? A friend of yours Emilia?
All 4 kids: KAJAH!!!!!
Emma rushes to Kajah holding his leg tight as always.
Strange man: oh well that answers who this Kajah person is that they talked about.
Subaru:Raswaal? How did they end up finding you?
Raswaal: Honestly I have no idea, but they told me why they where here, and who they are looking for.
Kajah: Hello kids and hello Mr. Raswaal.
Raswaal: Please just Raswaal is fine.
Kajah: Ah alright. Well I see everyone is here so I best be taking my kids back home so I can continue my journey.
Rez: Wait hey guys didn't you like it here?
Mei: This is a big place but it's also very fun and exciting walking around here.
Zephyr: yah it's a biiiig mega house hehe I love it,and all the rooms it has.
Toru: yah it was big and scary at first but once I started to look around with everyone else and explore more I was having fun heheh I love it here
Kiskue: I must Elaborate and say that rityes this mansion is quite large but it's very entertaining and elaborate like a maze. I enjoy it here as well.
Raswaal: (that one sounds very intelligent for himself)
Emma:.......*hugging to Kajah and looking at him with a sight of happiness and innocence look*
Rez: see see I told you
Kajah: *sigh*...so you all like it here huh...
All 5 kids: YEP! (Emma nodding and smiling in agreement)
Kajah: *sigh* very well. In that case.
Kajah goes up to Emilia and kneels before her.
Emilia: eh?
Kajah: may I ask that you let us stay here and live her for however long they want? In return I will help you, and anything else you will need help with in the mansion, out side the mansion, and the nearby town we passed on the way here. Please allow me to be your Shadow Knight,and I will make sure to keep everyone here safe. You have my word.
Everyone is confused and Emilia unsure but agrees to Kajah's wish.
Emilia: very well.. if...if that is what you want.
Kajah: thank you very much.
All the kids: YAH!!! (Emma still hugging on to Kajah smiles at Emilia)
Emilia: so may I get the names of your kids?
Kajah: ah yes.
Kajah stands up and gets the kids in order from oldes to youngest with Him holding Emma
This Knuckle hear is Rez and he's 9
Rez: HEY!!
Kajah: this shy boy here is Toru he's 8.
Toru: h..h..hello...
Kajah: this cute little one here is Mei
She's 7.
Mei: Nya~ Hello hello teehee.
Kajah: this one here is Zephyr age 7
Zephyr: HI!! heh don't let my hight fool yah I'm short but I'm still 7
Kajah: this one here is extremely smart and adorable is named Kiskue age 6.
Kiskue: I am not adorable...
Kajah: and this little one in my arms..her name is Emma...she's 5 but she can't talk... at least not now.
Emilia: I'm so sorry to hear that. I hope we can understand her well.
Kajah: Oh I'm sure you all will.
Rem:If you are going to stay then let us show you around.
Ram: yes and provide you all with new clothes.
Kajah: Ah yah for them sure as for me this outfit is all I need... it's special and I don't think any other outfit will work properly with me do to my arm.
Emilia: about that what happened to your arm?
Kajah: Oh this is a seal to help keep my demon powers asleep. Same with my eyepatch. Don't worry even when I get cleaned I have enough time to wash myself and put the seal back on my arm and eye.
Emilia: Did something happen?
Kajah: Ah yes after unsheathing this black demon sword I have,my right eye and arm changed, of course it looks different do to the seal but I still have control.
Emilia: I see...well I trust you so it's ok.
Rem: well at least let us wash your clothes and make modifications for your outfits. You can still keep your original clothes of course.
Kajah: Ok sounds good to me, sure go a head.
Ram: This way please.
Rem: Try to stay together and not get lost.
All the kids: Ok (Emma still being held by Kajah still is getting tired)
Kajah: (I suppose this outfit could get some repairs..) hey uhh Rem was it?
Rem: yes?
Kajah: could you fix my outfit like the rips and holes mostly. The bottom is ok the way it is.
Rem: Are you sure? I could fix it all for you if you want.
Kajah: Nono the holes and rips beside the ones at the bottom please.
Rem: as you wish.
Kajah: Thank you very much.
Rem: sure
Ram: here we are,the bath. I'll bring all of you a change of clothes.
Kajah: well kids you all go first I'll wait.
Toru: but...we like washing up with you Kajah..
Mei: Nya~ I wont unless you are in there with us like a fa...I uhh you get what I'm saying...
Mei blushes in embarrassment almost saying the word family.
Kajah: *sigh* ok just like old times
Rem: they wash up with you?
Kajah: yep. Honestly they want to. I tell them they don't need me with them but they insist,and so I'm always washing up with them.
Rem: hmm well I guess it's ok then.
Kajah: hey what's with that questionable look just now?
Rem: oh nothing.
Kajah: hmmmmmmm
Rem: Anyway leave your clothes to the side I'll take care of them while you are all cleaning up.
Kajah: sure thing.
Kajah does as asked and begins to wash up with all the kids. They begin to chat as they do so.
Mei: hey Kajah?
Kajah: what's up Mei?
Mei: how come you have all those scars on your arm? I never asked before.
Kajah: Ah these are scars from me cutting my arm off multiple times.
Mei: EH?!
Kajah: yah it just grows back instantly,so I just had it sealed with those bandages you always see me with.
Mei: o..oh I..I see...well don't hurt  yourself anymore...ok?
Kajah: oh don't worry it was way before I meet you little guys and girls. I have learned to accept what I am and who I am.
Mei: Good
Toru: this bath is so big all of use can fit in it heheheh soooo much fun!
Kajah: heh I'm glad you are enjoying yourself Toru.
Rez: (this is better....I think...at least Kajah won't have to travel again...I don't want to see him go all the time.)
Kajah: hey Rez?
Rez: Huh?! Y-Yah?
Kajah: this was your idea huh to keep everyone here?
Rez: y-yah it's a lot bigger and we are not too much on grandma when you go on your long trips.
Kajah: yah your not wrong there heh. I think this will work out considering how big this place is.
Rez: though why do we have to wash up sense it's still early?
Kajah: well you haven't washed up sense you snuck in and we probably look dirty to,do to the dirt we got on us from Crimsons speed. Our cloths  are not protected from the debris sadly and it's gross I'm sure. I do try to get off that nasty stuff but the dirt and other stuff stay on the cloths till washed.
Rez: oh...yah I get that now.
Kajah: don't worry we will get new clothes while our original clothes are getting washed.
Rez: yah true.
Kiskue: Yes I'm curious about the close they will make us wear. Personally I like comforting outfits. Nothing too classy but not poor looking all the same.
Zephyr: you sure are picky Kiskue.
Kiskue: well someone has to look professional around here when Kajah isn't around.
Kajah: you don't have to Kiskue. Honestly I prefer you live your life and enjoy your childhood.
Kiskue: thank you but I insist. You do a lot when it comes to us so if I can help then I will.
Kajah: if you say so Kiskue heh thank you.
Kiskue: of course (after all you are our father even if it's not by blood...we all would be dead or worse If not for you...dad)
Mei: Nya~ I'm getting tired again *mutters*
Kajah: Ah yes it's about time we head on out.
Everyone gets out and grabs a towel waiting for them by the door. Kajah is about to open the door to,but at the same time Rem was about to knock to see if they are all ok and need anything.
Kajah: *opens the door*
He's surprised by Rem as she is surprised by him a little do to the timing.
Kajah: ...oh hi uhh what's up?
Rem is fixated on Kajah's Demon eye and arm,looking at all the scars and symbols on his right arm and seeing the sharp long claws he has. Then his right eye is that of a demons but reptilian like and red as blood. Rem also notices a small black horn on the right side of his head.
Rem: is that?
Kajah: a demon horn? Well yes and no.
Rem: Huh?
Kajah: I guess you can say cursed by my black sword Oblivion.it turns my right eye and arm and when they are both not sealed and, I get a little black horn here. It's nothing to worry about I'll just seal them up right now, considering we just finished.
Rem: o-oh...ok
Rem looking shocked as she has never sensed anyone with such aura before.
Kajah then seals up his right arm by casting a special spell not known by anyone and create a special bandage from the spell sealing up his arm. The black horn begins to fade away as a result.
Rem:your black horn...it's gone?
Kajah: Ah yes it happens when either my eye or arm becomes sealed. It's normal for me though I'm not sure why I have a horn in the first place.
Rem: I...I see. (Is he like me? No...can't be.) Well here are your clothes. Please follow me when you are all dressed.
Kajah: sure thi-
Mei interrupts them and says something random.
Mei: NYA!! your really pretty blue hair lady. I think you would be a great mom Nya Nya~
Rem:......
Kajah. MEI!!! WHAT ARE YOU SAYING!!
Rem:...
Kajah: I'm really really really sorry about that she sometimes just say random stuff when she's sleepy. Sometimes I have no control over what she says,do forgive her.
Rem: it's...ok I'll uhh be waiting outside once you're all dressed...ok well bye.
Kajah: s-sure...
Kajah looking at Mei with the scary look.
Mei: n...nya...I'm...I'm sorry...I didn't mean to....embarrass you...I'm really sorry...don't hurt me.
Kajah goes up to Mei and gives her a hug.
Kajah: Mei...why would I ever hurt you. I'll never do that ok? *kisses Mei on the forehead* now come on we have to get dressed.
Meanwhile Raswaal,Emilia,and Subaru are talking in Raswaal's office.
Raswaal: so you can trust him Emilia?
Emilia: if Subaru does then I do to.
Subaru: E-Emilia.
Beatrice: I would keep an eye on him still.
Raswaal: Oh Beatrice what brings you here?
Beatrice: he has a very strong Demonic aura around his right eye and right arm. I'm sure he has no evil intentions,but we don't know much about him, and that aura is very concerning.
Emilia: oh I know I could ask Puck
Emilia summons Puck to ask him about Kajah.
Emilia: Puck can you please see what Beatrice is taking referring to our new friend Kajah?
Puck: hm? Sure bring him to me
Beatrice: I'll get him
Beatrice goes to get Kajah and ends up finding him with Rem.
Kajah: this outfit is a little weird but you got the right side done well so I can't complain. Thanks Rem I greatly appreciated this. Right kids?
Rez: WHY DO I LOOK LIKE A BUTLER!!!
Kiskue: heh I think it fits you well Rez
Rez: Kiskue you little....
Mei: now Now little Rez.
Mei jumps on top of Rez knocking him on his back.
Rez: M-Mei what...what are you doing?!
Mei: this maid outfit is perfect for me Nay~ I love it
Toru: M-Me-Mei...wh- eh...why are you d-doing that?!
Kajah: Mei come on you know Rez freaks out when you do that
Mei: nay nay~ ok Kajah
Mei gets off of Rez who is red and sweating.
Zephyr: wow Rez I never thought you could be so red.
Rez:...sh-shut it Zephyr...
Everyone laughs and seem to be having a great time even Rem gives off a small smile.
Beatrice: Hello I hate to intrude on your fun, but can I see you for a second Kajah?
Emma clings to Kajah not wanting him to go.
Kajah: uhhh sure...Emma don't worry I'll b back ok?
Emma still clinging to Kajah's leg.
Kajah:E-Emma.
Kajah hugs Emma and pats her on the head.
Kajah: Emma I'll be ok. Hey how about you stay with Rem over there? She will keep you safe ok? Your can trust her Emma. I do.
Emma: *looks at Kajah with some tears rolling down her cheeks, nods and goes to Rems legs and hugs it tight*
Rem: there there it will be ok. How about we look around the mansion? Does that sound fun to you Emma?
Emma nods with a small smile.
Toru: ooo can I come?
Mei: Nya~ me to
Zephyr: oh I wanna come
Rez: I'll go I guess...
Kiskue: I would like to understand the architecture of this mansion more, so I suppose I can come.
Rem:it's settled then.
Kajah: thank you for this Rem. Sorry I had to leave them to you.
Rem: it's ok this way I can teach them some things around the mansion.
Beatrice: are you all set now Kajah?
Kajah: AHH I'm so sorry yes yes I'll get going. Take me where ever you need me to go.
Beatrice: excellent follow me please.
The two leave the dressing room and head to Raswaal's office.
