No Over Working

The next morning everyone gets up like normal to eat breakfast. This time though there will be no Subaru with them.
Raswaal: where is Subaru Emilia?
Emilia: he's...busy with something.
Raswaal: oh? Well when will he return?
Emilia: hmmmm
Kajah: 4-10 days at least.
Raswaal: What? Why? What exactly is he doing?
Kajah: he's in the process of acquiring the Yin Armor ability I have.
Raswaal: oh is he now?
Kajah: yes. However the process is very painful.
Raswaal: painful?
Kajah: yes. He will undergo tremendous pain for those days. And when he can finally overcome that pain he will unlock the ability I have.
Raswaal: I see.
Emilia: (I hope this turns out as intended.)
All the kids are sleeping at the table waiting for Rem and Ram to bring the food.
Kajah: I could have help the girls you know.
Emilia: no you still need to take it easy. That curse you have has done a number in your strength so, I want you to take it easy now.
Kajah: But it's just my yin-
Emilia: Rem even said she would rather you get better first. You promised her you would take it easy Kajah.
Kajah:...Y-Yah you're right. ok I will then. (If it's only my yin that's effected why must I do nothing?)
Rem and Ram return with the food for everyone. The smell woke all the hungry kids up.
Mei: Mmmmm something smells good Nya~.
Toru: yah really yummy.
Zephyr: mom and aunts cooking? YAY!
Kiskue: that does smell really really good.
Rez: let's eat already hehe
Emma: *smiles* hehe I can't wait to dig in.
Everyone eats their meal and are stuffed from it. After eating the kids went back to sleep from being so full.
Ram: oh maybe we made too much?
Rem: yah we may have went a little overboard.
Ram: now they won't be able to help clean.
Kajah: oh don't worry I'll take over for them.
Rem: absolutely not.
Kajah: eh?
Rem: your still not at your full strength after that wound and curse in your heart. The last thing I need is for you to be passed out again for 4 days or maybe more.
Kajah: But-
Rem: no buts
Kajah: c-come Rem I'm not gonna overwork myself...
Rem: you say that but I know you will.
Kajah: I won't.
Emilia:*whispers to Ram* those two are like an arguing couple the heheh
Ram: *whispers back* yah...and Rem actually made a lot of the food. I told her it would be too much but she insisted. Mostly because she said Kajah needs to gain the weight he lost back. That and his strength.
Emilia: *whispering* wow really?
Ram: *whispering* yah she was really happy to so I just let her do her thing.
Back to Rem and Kajah
Rem: no and that's final.
Kajah: I have to do something. I can't just sit around all day and waist away ya know.
Rem: .....well.
Emilia: why not just let him do small stuff Rem? I'm sure he can do that.
Ram: yes there's lots of small things for him to do.
Raswaal: *making a funny confused look* (what is happening right now?)
Rem: hmmmm fine ok. Only small stuff Kajah.
Kajah: heh yes yes of course.
After finally getting Rem to allow Kajah to help work around the mansion they began to clean. Rem keeping a close eye on Kajah the entire time.
Kajah: eh...R-Rem.
Rem: yes?
Kajah: why are you everywhere I go?
Rem: because you will take the chance to go off and do more that what you're supposed to be doing.
Kajah: But....
Rem: Kajah I know you all to well remember?
Kajah: *sigh* Rem I know you are concerned about me but really I won't overwork myself.
Rem: I...o-ok I'm sorry... I guess...I guess I have been acting weird to you huh.
Kajah: no no no it's perfectly normal really.
Rem: really?
Kajah: yah I mean I would be doing the same thing if you got hurt like me and, didn't wake up for four days.
I totally understand how worried you are about me.
Rem: Th-thank you.
Kajah hugs Rem close and kisses her forehead.
Kajah: I won't let you worry about me like that again I promise.
Rem blushes at Kajah and hugs him back smiling.
Rem: o-ok...I won't over worry anymore.
Later in the day the kids began to help around the house with Kajah, Rem and Ram. Emilia however is with Puck talking to her about Subaru.
Emilia: it's been a day Puck...I'm so worried about Subaru.
Pack: well why not check up on him?
Emilia: I did but Beatrice wouldn't let me see him.
Pack: what? Seriously?
Emilia: yah she said.
{flash back}
Beatrice: sorry Emilia but I can't let you see Subaru until this process is over.
Emilia: what? Beatrice I need to see how he's doing. Please let me in.
Beatrice: as much as I would love to Emilia I cannot. I made a promise to Kajah to not let anyone else in. No matter the cost.
Emilia: b-but.
Beatrice: I'm sorry...
{flash back end}
Puck: oh I see. well maybe I can try.
Emilia: no no it's ok. there's a reason why Kajah told Beatrice to not let anyone else in. I would like to know why though.
Meanwhile with Subaru
Subaru:AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MAKE IT STOP!!!! I CANT-I CANT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH
Subaru: grabs Beatrice dress and looks at her with deep desperation.
Subaru: B-Beatrice...P-Please...k-kill m-me.
Beatrice: you know I can't do that Subaru...
Subaru let's go and continues to yell in deep agonizing pain.
Beatrice: *sigh* ...I know you told me I'm the only one that can handle this Kajah but-but still. I have my limits to.
Back to Emilia and Puck.
Emilia: I just hope he's ok Puck...I'm so worried about him.
Pack: I'm sure he's ok Emilia there there.
Meanwhile with Rem,Ram,Kajah and the kids.
Kajah: wow you all are really amazing when it comes to cleaning now huh.
Toru: heheh YEP!!! Momma and aunt Ram showed us a lot and how to clean quickly and effectively.
Mei: Nya~ Mei is still tired though.
Rez: Mei you're always tiered.
Mei: what? No I'm not.
Rez: yah ya are.
Mei:no I'm not
Rez: yes you ARE!
Mei: no I'm NOT!
Rem: stop it both of you. Do you two need to sit in a corner?
Rez and Mei: No mom.
Rem: Good now say sorry to each other.
Rez: sorry Mei I didn't mean to say you sleep a lot.
Mei: Mei is sorry to. I do say that all the time so I can understand.
Mei and Rez give each other a big hug and help each other out with cleaning.
Rem: *smiles* good.
Kajah: w-wow Rem.
Kajah shocked by how Rem handled  the situation surprised him.
Rem: Huh?
Kajah: that was amazing. You're a real mom alright.
Rem: *smiles and blushes* th-thank you. I mean normally you would handle something like that but I didn't want you to get worked up s-so I decided to this time. Besides I've been doing that when you where asleep for so long. *giggles* It's nothing really.
Kajah: heh r-right.
The day continues on with everyone relaxing and enjoying the day. Later in the night Kajah is sitting outside looking up at the stars. Emilia finds and decides to join him.
Kajah: Huh? Oh hey Emilia. What brings you out here?
Emilia: oh Kajah. I wanted to sit out here and enjoy the night sky is all.
It's pretty nice out tonight to.
Kajah: heh yah it is.
Emilia: hey...Kajah.
Kajah: yah?
Emilia: why did...why did you tell Beatrice not to let me in that room to see Subaru?
Kajah: because...if you went in there... I know for a fact you would not be able to handle the sight of seeing Subaru in his current condition.
Emilia: but how would you know that?
Kajah: seeing how reluctant you where about it on the first place says it all.
Emilia: b-but.
Kajah: Emilia. I know you're worried about Subaru. I mean just look at how Rem was so worried about me when I was knocked out for a while. Look at how she's acting even now.
Emilia looks down at the flowers for a little.
Kajah:...I know you're worried about Subaru Emilia but, right now he need you to believe in him. The reason why he's doing this is so that he can help protect you and everything he cares about better than before.
Emilia looks up at Kajah with a semi smile.
Emilia: y-yah you're right.
Kajah: heh see that's the spirit.
Emilia: when Subaru comes out I'll have a surprise for him. Oh I know I'll make him a cake *smiles*
Kajah: heh sounds good.
Emilia: eh..would you help me bake one?
Kajah: sure why not. I can get Rem to help if she wants.
Emilia: that sounds wonderful. I'll love that.
Emilia and Kajah talk about the surprise for Subaru and eventually went back in together happy.
[Meanwhile in a demon world]
Lith: IM TELLING YOU THE TRUTH!! IT WAS CARMELLA'S SON!!!
Thantatose: are you sure Lith?
Wrath: HAHAHAHAH WELL NOW!!! I think we should pay him a little visit don't ya think?
Elizabeth: no we aren't even sure. We are only going by what our little sister says.
Lith: Elizabeth...you...SCREW YOU!!
Thanatos: Lith I want to believe you. So I will go alone to see for sure.
Lith: thank you Thani.
Thanatos: of course little sister.
Lith: should I tell father?
Elizabeth: why?
Wrath: HAHAHAH LIKE HE WILL BELIEVE YOU!! How about we let Thani here look first. If it's true then sure I'll believe you sis.
Elizabeth: and I would apologize.
Lith: I'm telling you all the truth but, fine Thani will see just you wait.
Thanatos: he is cursed you said to right?
Lith: yes I cursed him.
Thanatos: I see...well then depending on how he will react to the curse he will definitely be related to us.
Elizabeth: hm? what about you Alexander?
Alexander: *clenching his fist* I'm not going to jump to conclusions however. I say make it into a challenge.
Elizabeth: hmmm I like the sound of that.
Wrath: sounds good to me
Alexander: one person at a time takes on this Kajah person. Winner goes to the person that brings him back alive.
Wrath: ALIVE?! WHAT?!
Elizabeth: why alive?
Lith: yah he clearly is a danger to our father if he gets stronger.
Alexander: or maybe he will be useful to our father.
Thanatos: hmmm I see.
Elizabeth: yah I can see that.
Lith: I guess
Wrath: psh sure. That's only if he's even real.
Alexander: (d-dam.Kajah...I think your wheels of fate have begun to turn once again. Helping you will be extremely difficult now nephew.)
Lith: (I feel...a little different.)
