**Chrys's Pov.**

"What the hell is house shopping? If its anything like yesterday. I'm staying here." Kylis hissed on the couch as I stood there brushing my hair with an annoyed look.
"For once I'm actually agreeing, you are staying home because I'd rather do this on my own. Luca should be home from Sly's in a few hours, do not bother him too much alright?" I asked him.
Kylis stared at me blankly then glared.
"Whatever, that guys boring anyway." He said.
I smirked.

"Want me to invite Styx over?" I offered.
Kylis's eyes lit up.
"Yes." He told me.
I gave him a thumbs down.
"No, I'm not putting my best friend through your hell." I told him.

Kylis pouted.
I mean he actually fucking pouted.

"What if I get bored? What can I do in this boring home?" He asked.
I frowned deeply.
He's going to kill me.

I already know it.

Pulling out my phone my eyes fell on his name then glanced to my annoying half brother who was looking irritated at my silence.
There was no way in hell he was coming with me.
He would kill me with the questions and insults of everything he saw.
Mostly the questions.

Sighing heavily I pressed dial.

{"Herro?"} Styx questioned on the other end.
"Hey best friend of mine, the person I will always love and che-"
{"What do you want, Cry?"} Styx asked confused on the other side.
"I will pay you ten billion dollars if you come over and babysit Kylis."
{"Fuck Chrys..."} Styx groaned on the other end and I was already regretting this phone call.
{"You know how I feel about him, and I really don't trust him."} He told me and I could hear the uneasiness in his tone.
"I know Sty, but I can't bring him with me.. well I can, but I'd rather not." I told him.
I heard the other groan.
{"Why me? Why not Rosie or someone else he hasn't really terrified?"} He asked.
I blinked.
"Rose would fucking kill me if I asked her to watch him, his mouth pisses her off and I'd rather not come home to a destroyed home. And no one else is going to watch him, plus I think he actually tolerates you for some reason." I added.

{"Why would he tolerate me? Because I'm actually a decent trickster?"} He asked.
I made a face.
"Sty you're a great person, maybe it had something to do with the carnival two days ago?" I suggested.
{"All I did was helped him out when he was panicking, the guy looked like he was gonna pass out from legit fear. Maybe you should dig into his past and find out some things on him."} He told me.
"Styx your changing the subject, will you come over just this once?" I asked with a slight push.
{".."}
{"Fine but you fucking owe me Chrys, if he does anything. I'm gone, got it?"} He hissed now sounding bitter.
"That's fair, thank you and see you soon."
{"Yeah bye."} He said hanging up.

I may have made a mistake.

I looked to Kylis who was staring the TV with a blank expression.
"Styx is coming over but you better not fuck up, especially if you actually like him." I told the other.
Kylis looked to me with slight wide eyes.
"You actually asked him?" He asked me.
I crossed my arms nodding.
"Yes because I'm nice and would like for you two to actually bond some, and maybe just maybe Styx might end up liking you if you act right with him. Don't treat him like a slut or some worthless crap, he's coming because he's giving you a chance. Don't ruin it." I told him.
Kylis frowned but nodded.

It didn't take long for the other to show up.
Styx didn't even look like he wanted to come.
He was in his black sweats with a ripped dark green shirt, I actually think it belongs to Snake.
I could be wrong.
His hair was styled messy and his eyes read irritation.

"I'm here." He said in the most unenthusiastic tone ever.

Way to make me feel like the bad guy.
It was something he knew he was doing and had no remorse.

"Thank you so much for this Sty, and if he causes you any sort of shit. Just leave and I'll understand." I told him grabbing my purple vans to slide on.
Styx glared at me but nodded.

I looked to Kylis with a glare.
"Behave and remember what I said." I told him.
Kylis rolled his eyes but nodded.
"Kay."

"You did what?" Rosie demanded sitting at the cafe with me as I frowned.
"I asked Styx to watch Kylis because I didn't want to ask you and didn't want to ruin Luca's freedom with Sly." I murmured.
"You should of just brought him with you dude, Styx isn't going to stay there for long. Kylis is a mess." She said.
I frowned looking down at my latte.
"They need to give each other a chance, Kylis confessed that he likes Styx."
"HE WHAT?!" Rosie hissed as I glared at her.
