"Yo!" I popped up and just stood there waiting. There wasn't even a single sound. "YO! THOMAS! You up?" I searched around, walking into his bedroom, and frowned. It was a total mess. How could he sleep in this? I looked around not seeing him and groaned. I have to keep myself busy... and out of the mindspace. Patton shouldn't be seeing me right now and Roman's been struggling just to get out of his room. "Thomas, If you don't say something soon, I am going to redecorate your room..." Still, nothing and I rolled my eyes. "I warned you."
I picked up a shirt and I smiled. Maybe there is something I can do... I walked around the room picking up all the clothes and putting them in a hamper, before making his bed, and throwing the trash out. I took the hamper and threw the clothes in the wash. You know, before all this I wouldn't be caught dead cleaning. It wasn't that I didn't want to. I hated how messy my room always was. It was just... I couldn't make myself do it. I was always scared I would do something wrong and ruin something. I couldn't do the laundry. God forbid I turned Roman's white suit pink.
"Logan you don't have to... Oh." I spun around to see Thomas standing there with a confused look on his face. I was happy to see he didn't look different at all. I guess the swapped personalities only applied to us sides then. Good. "Virgil? That's new. Usually, it's Logan cleaning up the..." I groaned as the pain came back. "...place..." I leaned back against the washer feeling the vibration irritate the bruised but unable to move off of it. "Virgil?"
"Hey... Thomas! What up?" I tried to smile to hide the pain but the washer kicked on stronger and I winced. Thomas frowned and carefully led me out to his living room, sitting me down on his couch.
"How bad is it?" I looked up at him and he smiled awkwardly. "My room? How bad did you redecorate it?"
"I didn't." His smile dropped and I laughed. "I was going to, but I just cleaned it instead. I'm not..." I took a deep breath and looked off to the side. "I'm not used to all this... creative shit."
"What?" I just shook my head and smiled.
"Nevermind. I actually popped in to see how you were doing." He smiled awkwardly again and scratched at his cheek, not wanting to meet my eyes. "That bad?"
"I don't know. I've just been feeling... down?" I narrowed my eyes and frowned.
"You have?" He nodded and I looked away. "Care to... elaborate?"
"I don't know what you want me to say. I just... I've been down. I don't know. I'm tired. I'm jumpy. I'm
"Virgil, I need help. Logan's trying to..." Thomas spun around so fast to see Roman standing there with wide eyes. "H-Hey Thomas."
"Roman?" I started to get up when Thomas held his hand out blocking me from moving. He just stared at Roman with this fear and I frowned. "What's going on?"
"I fucked up. Big t-time... W-With P-Patton. A-And now he keeps trying to get me to talk to him and I can't. Every time I see him the voices just scream at me." He started to shake and I jumped up pushing Thomas's arm out of the way as Roman fell to his knees.
"Hey, Roman breath." He looked up at me and I smiled trying to help him calm down a bit. "I'll handle Patton. Ok? You don't need to do anything but focus on you."
"How do I do that?" He looked over at Thomas, who was still trying to keep his distance, and frowned. "Shit... I forgot." He looked up at me again with tears in his eyes. "He never met me before."
"Exactly! Who are you?" Thomas yelled and I shot him a dirty look, causing him to jump slightly. "Virgil?"
"I don't understand. Thomas always knew about me... Why?" He shook his head and wiped the tears from his eyes.
"Apparently, this Roman was too scared. I should go..." I held him tighter and he smiled as I picked him up. I winced slightly at the pain and brought him over to the couch.
"Forget about it Princy. You're not going anywhere right now."
"B-But... T-Thomas."
"I don't care about Thomas right now. I care about you, so shut up and deal." Roman's eyes went wide and I groaned realizing what I said. "You... You know what I... You know what, no. Roman, I care about you. So let me help."
"Virgil, I..." I reached out and winced badly in pain causing Roman to move away from me. "I can't. I just need help with Logan. Please?"
"I'm sorry but can someone please tell me what's going on here? Who..."Roman sighed as he grabbed and held something that he had under his shirt.
"H-Hello T-Thomas." Roman looked up and smiled the saddest smile I've ever seen him have. It broke my heart. "My is Roman. I... I am..."
"He's your Anxiety." Roman started to shake as I pulled him into a hug. "Happy now?" I practically growled at Thomas seeing the tears start to fall from Roman eyes. "He's... He's part of the reason your so jumpy."
"I AM?" Roman started to shake even more and I frowned.
"Think about it, Roman. You have no control right now. It only makes sense..." He looked away and sighed. "What?"
"Let me guess... He's also depressed." Thomas looked like a deer in headlights.
"What I'm not..."
"Patton is... And that's my fault too. I should really just..."
"NO!" I yelled causing the too of them to jump. "That's we are doing a video. No script, no shit, just get your asses together and film it!"
"Virgil..." I glared at Thomas and he clammed up.
"We are all going to get to the bottom of this and we are going to introduce MY BOYFRIEND THE BEST FUCKING WAY POSSIBLE!" I had to stop for a moment and just breathe. I had worked myself up and was so out of breath that everything was spinning.
"V-Virge... Uh..." I ignored Roman and stood up straight brushing my hair back out of my eyes.
"I won't have a repeat with my first video and it will also help with you actually getting to know who he is and PATTON NEEDS TO GET IS ASS OUT OF HIS ROOM!"
"VIRGIL!" I looked back to see this look on Roman's face and I narrowed my eyes in confusion. His eyes were wide and he was crying but the smile he had could like a room. "D-Did y-you j-just call me y-your boyfriend?"
"Yes... was that wrong? We've been through so much, I just..." That's when it hit me. I called Roman my boyfriend. Normally I would've had a panic attack for like 10 fucking days straight just thinking about it before I ever actually said the word. But now... I didn't even think about it. It just felt... natural.
It felt right.
It felt...
"Can you please not call me if you're just going to be loud." I looked over to find Patton standing there with an angry look. "And what is he doing out here?"
"Yep... Totally doing a video." I groaned out as I collapsed onto the couch.
