"Look Sam. I love you, and I always have. You make me feel whole again, even though you are about half my age..." Tyler told me, as he reached out for my hand. I held it tightly, feeling warmth for him. He was always there for me.
"I'm 18 now, it's not that bad... I'm graduating in a year. We can make this work. I love you too." I frantically told him, not wanting him to leave me.
"We have a child together. A beautiful baby girl..." he smiled, as he reached into his left coat pocket. He pulled out a tiny white box.
"Without you, I have been in the worst shape in my whole life. Seeing you with Jamar, it wasn't right. I knew that I had to get you back. I love you, Sami Renee Carter. Will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?" He asked, as he opened up the box.
It revealed a beautiful thin gold ring, with a huge gleaming diamond at the top. It was so beautiful, it shined in the hospital room light.
"Yes, yes I do! I love you, Tyler!" I grinned, as he put the ring on my ring finger. All of this drama and excitement and the baby did wear me out though. As soon as we kissed, I fell asleep immediately.
