"Hi, it's so nice to meet you! My names Kristy! And I'm your new auntie!" The blonde woman greeted, with a big hug. A cloud of cheap peach perfume choked me, as I quickly got out of the trapping hug.

"Umm, yes... We are just here to visit my niece. And to give you this." He coldly explained, handing me a yellow packet. I opened it slowly, not wanting to read anything bad.

"Court trial?" I asked with a gasp of breath, trying not to faint. Tyler would not look me in the eyes at all, and stared at the ground mostly. The blonde hair blue eyed bimbo just stood there smiling at me. Who the fuck does she think she is?

"I don't understand.. How could you do this to me. Talia is your d-" I started to say before he quickly cut me off.

"My great niece. I know. But your the only family I have, and you are clearly... clearly unstable to be a mother. So I am fighting for partial custody." He choked out, trying to sound serious. This wasn't him. What happened to him?

The Tyler I knew was in love with me, and would do anything for me. He would never of gotten with another women, none the less engaged to one! And the court trial for custody? Maybe I broke his heart too many times...

"That's bullshit and you know it!" I yelled, trying to contain all my emotions. But unfortunately, the stream of tears came running down my face. That's when I noticed the real Tyler come out for a second, I could see sympathy in his eyes.

"It'll be fine hon! You can see Tilly on the weekends." Kristy laughed, messing up my daughters names. That only made me more infuriated.

"HER NAME IS TALIA, YOU CLUELESS BITCH. GET THE FUCK OFF MY PROPERTY, AND TAKE THIS COURT ORDER AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS! I THOUGHT YOU LOVED ME TYLER! WHAT HAPPENED?" I screamed, my face turning a bright shade of red. I was furious, and all the anger started to come out.

"Well maybe you should of thought more when you... when you broke things off." Tyler roughly yelped, tears choking his throat. He walked out of the complex and started toward his car, a far distance from Kristy.

What can I do?
