Sokka finally finished his training as he left the building. His eyes followed the sun as it was currently rising up from the sky. He had spent all afternoon and night training. It was his final day staying in Piandao's dojo, and he was ready to part way as he was stopped. He couldn't believe how much he has improved, but in reality, he did have skills and it was all for that Kyoshi warrior. She was the one who helped him learn self-defense. And, the swift movements helped him move with a sword. "Sokka, there's a guy looking for you," A servant approached him as Sokka looked at the sun one more second before turning his head and heading to the front.

He rolled his eyes knowing it was probably Aang wanting to leave. He recalls the avatar wanting to move along as they needed to find a firebender teacher. And, who else would be wanting to speak with the boy. They knew no one in the fire nation and were forced to not speak with anyone according to Katara, of course, she had established rules before departing from the groups. It was difficult waking up every day without his sister. She was always the one who would cook, and make sure everyone is okay. Just like a mother- more so, how his mother would have if she wasn't taken away from the Fire Nation.

He looked at the servant as he excused himself and went elsewhere, "What is it now Aa-" Sokka stopped midsentence as he saw a guy with black clothing. He looked almost like a ninja since the only thing visible was his golden eyes, but even then his hair covered it. His fingers followed the back as he felt the handle of his sword, ready to defend himself if he has to.

"Do you have a minute?" The guy asked as he lowered the bottom part of his clothing revealing his face. Sokka looked concerned but decided to follow the guy. Something in his gut was urging him to follow the teenager, and he knew that if he chose to decline it, it would haunt him for the rest of the day.

Sokka followed him outside where the guy led him further from the dojo, "Do I know you?" The tanned boy questioned as he still kept his fingers wrapped around the handle of his sword. Just because they could be the same age doesn't mean it could be a trap of some sort.

The walk was silent until he noticed that the guy was looking around. As if, he was trying so hard to not be seen. Sokka couldn't help but look as he took out a blue mask, and placed it on top of his head. "I'm Zuko," He introduced in a low whisper.

Sokka's eyes widen as he noticed the scar on his face. The scar was on the right side of his face the same side that Aang had informed him before. He couldn't be the prince. How can the prince be here and not in the palace? But the one question that struck him the most was about his sister, "What happened to my sister?" He asked frantically as he took a step closer towards the prince.

"Nothing happened, she's perfectly fine," The prince reassured as he looked far from the distance.

Sokka raised a brow, "Wait, how do you know who I am?" He stated as he took a step closer towards the prince. None of this was making any sense, and it frustrated him.

Zuko took a seat on a fallen tree, "Your sister misses you, and I have been told by my friend that she wants to go home because she feels homesick," He explained as he looked over at Sokka.

"We barely have a home," Sokka mumbled, but deep down he knew the real reason she wanted to come back to him, "Well, what does that have to do with me exactly?"

"I was thinking if you could come work as my personal guard," He suggested as he threw a brown bag towards the water tribe boy.

Sokka raised a brow, "A guard?" He curiously opened the bag and saw an outfit along with a smaller sack. He took out the outfit as he looked at the Fire Nation details. "This is what guards wear?" Sokka questioned?

"No, but I can't bring you into the palace looking like that," Zuko stated as he pointed at Sokka's outfit. The tanned boy looked down at his clothes and noticed that it was old and ragged. It wasn't his clothes, to begin with as he recalled taking it from a clothing line. "But, you'll live in the palace and get to spend time with Katara," He explained while Sokka smiled at the thought he will get to see his little sister.
