the next morning stan woke up.
he went to bill's room too see if everything was alright.
"bill?" stan whispered.
he went closer to bill.
"hi stan..." bill said. he smiled.
stan studied bill's face and all of his features. he loved everything about bill's face.
"hey bill, you feeling okay? stan asked.
"b-better now." bill said.
"i'm glad. hey your mom is coming over today with georgie." stan said.
"oh... i just wanted to b-be with you t-today." bill pouted.
stan was surprised.
"oh sorry, i didn't know you cared about me this much." stan said.
"i do." bill said.
"you don't care about your family?" stan said.
"i d-do but...i care more a-about you." bill said.
the doctor came in.
"good morning stanley, i have some news. bill will be going under surgery and will be returning home very soon!" he says.
"that's wonderful." stan says.
"we need parent permission before we start, are they coming today?" he asks.
"well, it's just the mom. and yes she's coming." stan says.
"alrighty then! so we can start soon." he said.
he left a folder in a slot near the door and left.
"i... im s-scared." bill said.
"why?" stan asked.
"what if it doesn't go well? what if i d-die...?" bill said.
"you won't billy." stan said.
he places his hand on bill's chest.
"you won't." stan repeated as he sighed.
suddenly mrs.denbrough and georgie walk through the door.
"billy!!" georgie let's go of his moms hand and walks over to bill.
"hey georgie!" bill says.
"hey sweetie, how you feeling?" she asks.
"better... way b-better."
he stares at stan and stan smiles back.
"that's great!" she says.
"we have news too." stan says.
"oh! what is it?" she asks.
"he's going through surgery and then he can go home!" stan said.
"yes! finally we have been missing you bill." she says.
"i'll call the doctor to say that you confirmed." stan said.

"just sign here and youll be all set." the doctor gives mrs.denbrough a sheet to sign.
she signs the paper and hands it back to him.
"okay, we can call in our team and we will start right away." he says as he walks out.
the surgery went by quickly, and went successfully.
bill was free. no more hospital.
"bill is done for the day! he's ready to go home!" the doctor says.
