Shais POV:
I open the font door and I find it's theo with his luggage.

"Oh my god theo" I cry
I jump into his arms and wrap my arms around him and he wraps his arms around mine, I rest my head on his shoulder and start to cry. I see my tears landing on his shirt.
"I'm sorry" I laugh
"No it's fine, I missed you so much" theo says
"Me too, you don't even know how much I missed you" I say
"Me too" he says
"What are you doing here, I thought you wee going to England for thanksgiving?" I say
"I did, we'll yesterday we had thanksgiving early and I thought I could have surprised you" he says
"Oh my god theo you are so sweet I love you!" I say
"I love you too, so what are the thanksgiving plans?" He says
"Uh I was gonna go over to my moms later" I say
"Okay, can I come in" he laughs
"Oh sorry" I laugh
Theo walks inside and puts his luggage to the side. I shut the door. Theo has been at my house before after we were done filming divergent we spent a week together but he did stay at a hotel but that's why he knew where I lived. But he only has been downstairs in my house.
"Follow me" I say
Theo grabs his luggage and I help him with his bags. We walk upstairs and I turn knob and I open my bedroom door.
"You can put your luggage in that extra dresser that I never use" I say
"Okay" he says
He pulls some of his clothes out from his luggage and starts to put it in the dresser.
"You know your room is very nice shai" he says
"How" while leaning against the doorframe
"It's good for some things" he smirks
"what kind of things?" I laugh
"Dirty things" he smirks
"THEODORE JAMES, STOP BEING DIRTY!" I laugh
"Sorry" he laughs
"I'll be downstairs, I'm gonna get ready for thanksgiving" I say
"Okay" he says
I start to walk downstairs and walk into my kitchen. I get a bowl and start to add veggies for my salad.
Theos POV:
God I missed shai so much. I was so happy that I could visit her. My parents were so flexible and I had thanksgiving with my parents yesterday and I stayed in England for a couple days to visit my family. Now I'm here with my beautiful girlfriend for thanksgiving. Once I put the last shirt in the dresser, I walk downstairs and I see shai in the kitchen cutting up some food, I seek up behind her and wrap my arms around her and kiss her cheek.
"Gah, i didn't see you there theo" she says
"Haha I know baby" I say
She opens a cabinet and pulls out tinfoil and cuts a piece and wraps it around the bowl.
"Ready to go" she says
"Yeah" I say
Shai grabs her sweater Off from one of the chairs In her dining room and grabs her purse. Then she grabs the bowl and grabs her keys. I turn the door knob and open it for shai. And I lock the door and shut the door behind me. We walk down the driveway. Shai is about to open the car door.
"I'll drive" I say
"You sure" she says
"Yeah" I smile
"Okay" she says then hands me the keys.

Once we get to her moms house. We get out of the car. We walk up to the door and shai presses the doorbell. Then her mom opens the door.
"Shailene" Shais mom says
"Hi mom" shai says
"Oh hi theo I didn't know you were coming" Lori laughs
"Haha yes, I surprised shai" I say
"Aww how romantic, you too are so cute come on in" Lori says
We walk inside and shai opens a closet and takes off her sweater and hangs it up. I didn't wear a coat because I'm wearing a sweater shai is just wearing a fancy t-shirt. I follow shai into the dining room and we sit down.
"Hi guys, this is my boyfriend theo" shai says
"Hello theo" everyone else says
Me and shai sit down in the chairs at the dining room table, shai has a really big family.
"Okay guys were gonna start to eat now" Lori says
Then other people come out from the kitchen and sit down at the dining room table. People start to pass the food around the table.
"So how long have you and shai been dating for?" Someone says
"Oh about 6 months, soon to be 7 in about 3 weeks" I say
"Aww, you too are perfect for each other" the girl says
"Thank you Lisa" shai says
"are you ever gonna get married?" Lisa smirks
"I honestly don't know I guess whenever we're ready" I say
"Aww, I'll be at your wedding then" Lisa winks
"Oh Lisa, your the funniest cousin I will ever have" shai says
"I love you so much shai" I say
"I love you too" she says
That night we had our thanksgiving food, we talked around the table it's great that I can be accepted by Shais family. Then we went into the living room and talked and played some games. Which I thought was really fun.
I love this girl so much and even her family.
