Skills:
Melody- She sings a song which increases her teammates decoding and healing by 20% for 20 seconds, but she only has 15 seconds. Injured teammates also receieve a 2 second speed boost. Cooldown is 60 seconds. She can also carry other items but her harp is not obtainable to others.
Aching fingers- Decoding speed is decreased by 15%. When she uses her harp, her decoding speed will decrease by 5%. This effect can stack.
Weak- vaulting and pallet dropping is decreased by 10%
I used alot of steam punk outfit designs but I made as if she was still studying music. I added alot of debuffs to her since she needed it. She's a support character and has kiting potential but.... just be careful.
Also if you already saw this as my art book, that one info is not true.
I'm afraid I have done it way too much highschool girl cliche (╥_╥). I'll post another art where she lookst better next time.
