After some minutes Joshua came back, this time alone.

"I'm able to go!" He smiles.

Tyler holds back a groan.

"Alright guys lets go check out," His mother smiles.

Tyler doesn't smile through the check out or even the ride home.

Once they arrive at the house Tyler helps his mother with Zack while Joshua insisted on helping with the bags.

Zack fell asleep so Tyler takes him to his crib and lies him down.

When Tyler exits Zack's room he hesitates on going to the kitchen and seeing Joshua or making a run to the bathroom to avoid him.

But he knows he can't avoid him the entire time because that's why Joshua is here, for Tyler.

So he slowly makes his way to the kitchen, catching his mom and the boy's attention.

"Tyler do you want some pizza rolls? I'm making some for Joshua as well." she says already getting the food out of the refrigerator.

He nods taking a seat at the table, across from where Joshua is sitting.

It's silent other than the faint sound of the microwave.

The finished beep sound of the microwave makes Tyler jump a little, blushing out of embarrassment he's thankful at least that Joshua didn't notice.

His mother gives both boys a plate and settles the pizza rolls in the table, and to Tyler's worst nightmare, she leaves.

She left!!

Him alone! With Joshua!!!

Tyler doesn't move to grab a pizza roll but Joshua has already eaten two and he looks up at the smaller boy with a questioning look.

"Are you not hungry? I don't want to eat all of them by myself," Joshua laughs softly making that weird feeling in his chest erupt suddenly.

Tyler feels like he's going to be sick.

Tyler stays put though and goes to grab a pizza roll when at the same time Joshua goes to grab one making Joshua's hand come in contact with Tyler's.

Tyler pulls his hand away quickly.

Joshua mutters a sorry and Tyler shakes his head, finally grabbing a pizza roll.

It's awkward but it's what Joshua was expecting.

Tyler has to get used to Joshua's presence in order for him to talk.

After they both finished eating, Joshua stands up and takes the plates to the sink.

Tyler wants to say thank you but his tongue won't let him.

"Do you want to show me your room?" Joshua asks hesitantly.

Tyler nods softly and makes his way down the hall.

The tall boy following behind.

Once they both enter Joshua looks around noticing how simple yet cute it is, he doesn't know Tyler that much but it definitely suits him.

The walls are a very light grey but the room is adorned with pastels, like pastel blue and yellow and he notices the 5sos posters behind his door.

His bed is sorta floral and contains those pastel colors.

Tyler sits at the edge of his bed and turns on the tv, while Joshua now looks at his vinyl collection.

He has a light blue vinyl player on a big white shelf and on the right of it vinyls are placed in order.

Joshua notices "Transatlanticism" by death cab ready to be played on the vinyl.

"Dude! you like Death Cab? No way me too, do you mind if I play it?" Joshua's excitement is shown through his smile and eyes and Tyler, well, he definitely does not admit it but he sorta melts.

Tyler nods smiling.

He has never met another person who likes Death Cab and if he's being honest 5 sos comes in second when asked what his favorite band is.

Joshua fists bumps in his head for making the small boy smile!

Progress!

"Cool! I love this album so much," the tall boy says sitting next to Tyler as they listen to the vinyl.

Tyler nods in his way expressing the same feeling.

He wants to say if he likes "plans" too but he's just not there yet.

So, the two boys just sit and listen as the song progresses to "i want you so much closer."

I want you so much closer...
