Today Tyler wakes up happy and even though it's going to be a boring Saturday he can't help but smile and wait for the weekend to be over so he can see Joshua again.

He is still feeling ecstatic from when they hanged out at the pet store, and his family could tell as well that Tyler was in a much happier mood than before.

Which made them smile that Tyler found a friend that made him happy.

"Good morning honey," Tyler's mother says as she places a plate of pancakes on the table.

Zack is playing with a spoon in his high chair and it makes Tyler laugh softly at his brother.

He sits next to him and begins to eat his pancakes.

"So we have a busy day today we're going to go to party city for some stuff since I'm organizing a party!" She says excitedly as she starts drinking her coffee.

Tyler furrows his eyebrows.

"Party?"

"Yeah!"

"What's the occasion?"

"Well I was thinking of planning an egg hunt since it's almost Easter and you can invite Joshua and I'll check if his parents would like to join us too, oh and your cousins will come too."

Tyler beams when she mentioned Joshua's name.

"How does that sound?"

"Sounds good I'll see if Joshua can come."

He smiles.

"Great! finish up and get ready we have a long day ahead of us."

After a day of errands and getting stuff for the party Tyler puts on a vinyl and lays down in his bed.

He sighs finally being able to rest in his comfy bed.

He then remembers that he has to call Joshua about the party so he turns to get his phone but realizes he could just wait to tell him on Monday but he really wants to hear his voice.

But what if Joshua is busy he doesn't want to interrupt.

He's thinking too much about this.

He dials Joshua's number.

"Hey Tyler!"

Tyler didn't realize how much he missed Joshua's voice and it hasn't even been that long that they saw him each other.

He needs to be chill.

"Hi"

"What's up?"

"Oh um I'm calling b-because we're having a party/ egg hunt soon and I wanted to know if y-you wanted to come?"

Joshua can hear the shyness in Tyler's voice and he melts because he's so adorable.

"Of course I'll be there!"

"Oh and my mom is going to invite your parents too, is that ok?"

"Yeah that's fine I can't wait."

"Me too!"

There's a moment of silence and Tyler is about to say bye until Joshua starts talking again.

"So what are you doing right now?"

Joshua doesn't want the conversation to end.

"I'm just laying in bed, and I have a vinyl playing what about you?"

"Nothing really, just talking to you," he laughs.

How is it possible that his laugh sounds like heaven over the phone?

Tyler thinks.

"Hey do you think we can FaceTime?"

Oh no, no why!

"Um I look bad right now," he whispers.

"You never look bad come on I want to see your cute face,"

"Please?"

Tyler doesn't know how to respond does Joshua really think he's cute because the first time he ever said cute to him he was joking.

Is he joking this time??

"Okay,"

Tyler really hopes that he won't be able to see his blush once it shows that they are on FaceTime.

"Hi"

Joshua smiles and gosh Tyler can't right now.

"Hi"

"You should come over tomorrow again."

"Okay."

He curses himself for responding quickly.

"Cool."

Joshua continues on telling Tyler about his day until he noticed the small boy drifting off.

He finishes talking once he sees that Tyler fell asleep.

He laughs fondly.

"Goodnight baby boy"
