Chapter 9

Kaden's POV

"Kaden!" Jayce shouted.

"What?" I asked, running over to him. 

"I found out where Luna is."

"Where is she?"

"Los Angeles."

I turned around and looked at Alejandro, "You sent her to LA?!" 

"I didn't send her to LA. I sent her to Canada. I told you she moved away from the original place I sent her. She must have chosen to move to LA."

"Well, is there anything else I should know before I go to visit her?" I asked with my arms crossed.

"Yeah. She changed her name. She never told me what she changed it to, so don't ask me. She also learned how to use a pistol when she was staying with me, which was only for a few weeks. If I know Luna, she keeps a pistol in her house and won't hesitate to shoot you, so be careful if you plan on coming back alive."

"Oh, please. It would take more than three weeks for Luna to develop a good aim while pregnant."

"I wouldn't be so sure of yourself. Luna is an amazing shot. I'd trust her with a sniper, and that's saying something. "

"Whatever. I'm going to go visit her. After three years of believing the love of my life and my son were dead, I'm not letting a small bullet get in my way."

"Well, that's your problem, not mine. I'm going home."

I watched as Alejandro got out of his seat and started walking towards the front door.

"Do you need me to write down her address?" Jayce asked, snapping me out of the short trance I'd been in.

"Yeah."

He grabbed a piece of paper and wrote down Luna's address. I still can't believe she moved to LA willingly. She always expressed her hatred for it when we were together, I couldn't see her changing her mind so fast and willingly. 

Either way, I'm getting my girl back, and no one is going to get in my way.

A/N

I know this is a very short chapter, and it was meant to be. I knew I wanted this scene to be in the story but I didn't think it would be an appropriate thing to put into the next scene just because of the sequence of the story.
