A/N: Chapter title inspired by 'So What'cha Want' by Beastie Boys.
Anywho, if it's a long time for the chapter after this one to be posted, I wouldn't be surprised...

I awoke when my alarm sounded at 06:00. I left my apartment at 06:20, with a grey jacket, v-neck, Vans sneakers, and black skinny jeans.
I slowly made my way to Randy's door and knocked. Two eternal minutes passed until he at last opened the door.
He was wearing only a light grey t-shirt and boxers.
"Hey, Rand. You wanted to see me?" I asked.
"You saw the message? I thought I was sending it in vain... And yes, I did want to see you."
"Well?"
"Oh, come in."
Wow. Had he not noticed what he was wearing?
I came in, and sat on the couch. He came after a while, this time with jeans and shoes on.
He sat down next to me.
"I talked to Alanna last night." I stated.
"And?"
"I told her. She said I should see you at this time."
"Wow. I'm not only mad, but I'm also surprised."
"Who are you mad at?"
"Myself," he said. We sat there in silence for a while. "So... I was wondering... if you could maybe give me a second chance?"
He saw that I looked hesitant. "I know that it's too much to ask, but why not?"
"You have to earn my trust again."
"OK... How?"
"Are you really asking ME how to earn MY trust?"
"I know, like I said yesterday, that I screwed up bad. I don't know how I would make it up to you,"
"Well, before you get any ideas, I can tell you that bribing me sure as heck isn't going to work,"
"Listen, I'm sick of it, of sick of the cheating. Like Jon said, it's crap."
"He used that word?"
"No, he said it was bulls**t, but, quite frankly, I agree,"
"Look, like I said in that text, if you read all of it, I said I'll make it up to you. I promise."
"Really? How?"
"I still have the ring,"
"It's too early for that,"
He got up and went to the bathroom. I was still sat. I got my earbuds out of my pocket, they were insanely tangled. I put on 'You Found Me' by The Fray.
I started checking my emails, and whatnot, and then he came back.
Tout de suite, he kissed me.
"And you think that'll make it better?" I asked.
"Did you like it?"
"I," I was hesitating here, "I'll admit I did. So what? That won't make me forget."
"I know... I just hoped it would, if even for a second," he said.
"Well, it did... But, just for a second."
"That's really nice to hear... Will we not get married next Monday?"
"I'm sorry if this offends you, but, you really think there's even the slightest bit of a chance?"
"I... I just thought I'd ask,"
"We'll have a fake wedding, if that makes you feel better,"
"Just remotely,"
There was a little voice in my head that was telling me to 'WAKE UP'. Had I got psycho? I probably had, now that I was even considering giving Randy another chance.
We were eating waffles that he had made, and right now I had a burning question and thought in my head.
"I have a question to ask you." I said.
"Yeah?"
"When you told me 'I Love You', did you mean it?"
"Yes... I can assure you that Kim was a total mistake, it was so stupid of me to even get involved with her in the first place,"
"And you mean that?"
"Yeah. Why do you think I kissed you? Because I meant it. Listen, never once did I tell her that I meant anything with her."
"Did you already break up with her?"
"Definitely."
"I'll never forget."
"But, hopefully you do."
"It'll take me a while to get over it,"
"I know."
And that was it, we just sat there, awkwardly eating our breakfast.
He reached for my hand, smiled, and, I just broke down in front of him. See, normally I would do this in front of Colby, cos he gets it.
And then he hugged me. At long last, Randy did the right thing.
"So, are we getting married?"
