Q is for Questions

I can't sleep.

I'm so stressed with school.

It's already 3 am in here. And I don't think I'll fall asleep soon, so I'll just talk to you.

You know, I used to hate small talks until a much wiser friend told me that that's where most friendships start. We're not friends anyway, so I guess I could go as personal as I would like. Besides it's the early hours of the morning, this is where conversations go deep.

So let's go deep.

What is your biggest fear? What do you think about the most, the one that consumes most of your waking hour? What are your dreams? Do you have a secret dream perhaps; you know something you've never shared for fear of being ridiculed or just cause you think it will be impossible to achieve? Do you even believe that there is something impossible to achieve? Honestly, I don't see you as that type.

You know there's one question that I know would always be asked of you in interviews, and yes, I do look forward to it though I also internally cringe.

'What do you like in a girl?'

That's that question.

I both like and dislike that question.

I like it because it's an opportunity to learn more about you. And let's be honest, it's an opportunity to find out if I would fit your type.

I dislike it because of the same reasons.

I feel like every time you answer that question, obviously all of your fangirls do what I do, which is check if she fits what you like. And I do like to believe that you're being honest, but I also think you're not completely being honest. Like I feel you answer as general as you can, which is understandable, I guess I'm hoping for something more in depth.

Are you really NGSB? Somehow I find that hard to believe especially there have been pictures circulating online of you and another girl. She's an athlete too. But anyway, that's for you to divulge or keep.

I wonder though how honest you are being? I hope you are. It would be a huge turn-off if you aren't.

I'm sleepy already.

Time's up for questions.
