Chapter 32

Maggie's POV

This is going to be so awkward... But I have no where else to go. Nash's place is the only place I can stay on such short notice. What if he tries to make a move on me? He confessed he liked me... I'm so not excited for this.. I guess I just gotta suck it up.

"Okay... Well I should probably go see if Nash can even have me..." I said to Cameron.

"But... But... I don't want you to go.." Cameron said while pulling me into a very tight hug. It was as if he was never letting me go.

"Cam, it's okay! I'll come over first thing every morning." I said as my voice got muffled into his shirt.

"Okay.. But still I am going to miss not falling asleep with you, and waking up to the beautiful face peacefully sleeping. Plus, I am starting to get the feeling that Nash likes you." Oh god....Should I tell him? Would he be mad at Nash?

"Why would you think something like that?!" I asked very nervously.

"Because he always looks at you from a distance. Not just looks. Maggie, he stares at you all the time. I have no idea how you haven't caught him yet. Plus, the fact that when I do anything with you that even a little bit relates to a romantic relationship he gets all bent out of shape and gives me the death stare. Think again. Has he said anything to you about this?" He questioned staring into my eyes like he was staring into my soul. Should I lie? No.. What if he finds out I lied to him? He would be furious and we would get into a huge fight. No I'm not gonna be stupid and lie, but I'm not going to completely rat Nash out either.

"He might've talked about it, but it's not a big deal Cam. I told him that I couldn't do anything about it because I'm with you." I answered calmly.

"I knew it." he mumbled.

"Yeah good job but you don't have to worry about it cuz I told him not to do anything." I tried to comfort him.

"Alright.. I trust you." he smiled.

I smiled an wrapped my arms around his neck. "I love you." I whispered to him. Then, I kissed him and for some reason this kiss was different. I think it was because I'm not going to spend the night with him. It was a kiss that said "please don't go." And I didn't want to. We let go and I smile as I rest my forehead on his. "I change my mind I'll just stay here and text Nash." I said.

"That sounds good to me." Cameron smiled.

"Oh my god! Cameron! Your birthday is tomorrow!!" he grinned like this 😏.

"Did someone almost forget?" I laughed. I'm not gonna lie I did almost forget.... oops.

"Pssht nahh what kind of girlfriend would I be if I forgot your birthday?" I asked

"A forgetful one." he tried to be funny. I laughed anyway. i kissed him again. "I'll be right back." I told him. I walked into the kitchen and took out my phone.

To: Nashay

Hey Cameron's mom told me I couldn't stay here anymore. Do you think maybe I could stay with you?

I instantly got a reply back.

From: Nashay

OF COURSE! you are more than welcome here! come whenever you'd like.

Alright cool. I walked back to Cameron and he already had the fault in our stars on the tv with a bunch of blankets and pillows surrounding him. "Cameron you can't just put on the fault in our stars and not have-" he interrupted me by raising a box of tissues in my face. Still lookin at the screen. I laughed and laid down next to him. The rest of the movie we stayed in the same position kissing from time to time. I love this. I never want to not have this. I never wanna go..
