With a full days flight ahead of us, I was excited, because it was the first time that I had ever been to Berk. Also, Ambersky was finally recovered enough for a long flight.I filled Ambersky's saddlebags with food and water for the trip, and soon, we were all prepared to leave.

"Ready, gang?" Hiccup asked, sitting in Toothless' saddle. I nodded curtly. We took off and spent a boring flight, in which I mostly spend flying next to Seamore and Luna. We talked about dragons and our old lives.

Ruffnut and Tuffnut complained for the majority of the flight, and I was beginning to wish we had left them to watch over the island instead of Fishlegs and Heather.

When we finally saw the island, Hiccup turned to me and said, "Here we are; Berk. "We landed and I grabbed Luna's hand, worried about all the new people staring at me.A large viking with a red beard stepped forward with worry on his face.

"Dad!" Hiccup called, racing up to him.

"That's Stoik." Luna whispered to me. "He is the Chief of Berk." Stoik hugged Hiccup gently, as if not to hurt him.

"Let's get you to Gothi." Stoik said to his son.

"I'm fine, dad." Hiccup laughed lightly.

"Still, I want her to check on you."

"Fine." Hiccup mumbled.Stoik then turned to the group. He scanned the group, then stopped at me and Luna.

"Luna, you're back! And, who are you?" He asked me.

"Emily." I told him. "And, may I please go with Hiccup to meet Gothi? I would like to ask her a few things about healing."

Stoik glanced at Hiccup and he responded with, "She is the one who saved me."

"I'll go with her." Luna volunteered.

"Well, I see you left Fishlegs and the twins at Dragons Edge." I turned and saw that the twins were gone.

"Don't worry, Stoik, we will go find them." Astrid said, grabbing Snotlout by the back of his shirt.

"We will?" Snotlout asked.

"Yes. We will." Astrid said, punching Snotlout on the arm.

"Owww, ok, ok, we are, we are!"

Gothi lived on a large hill, which I only realized after we had put our dragons in the stables. Halfway up the stairs, I had wished Ambersky had flown me up to the house.

As soon as we reached the house, an old woman with a large staff stepped out of the hut.

"Hey, Gothi, can you check on my cut, dad told me to come here." Gothi drew a few runes in the dirt with her staff.

"Thanks, Gothi," Hiccup nodded as the woman turned and walked inside.

"She says to follow her." Hiccup whispered to me. As we entered the hut, the overpowering scent of herbs reminded me stongly of Arithor, the healer who taught me everything I knew. I remembered him sitting me down and showing me different herbs and telling me what they were used for. Then, after a few days, he would test me on my knowledge of the herbs he had taught me. I was always so eager to learn.

I smiled at the memory and watched Gothi draw in the dirt again. Hiccup sighed and began unbuckling his newly repaired armor. He slipped it off and sat in his light tunic.

Gothi wrote again and he pulled his tunic down to show his wound, which I had rewrapped in bandages before we left Dragon's Edge.

Hiccup helped Gothi unwrap his bandages and the old woman inspected his wounds.

She then wrote something in the dirt.

"I know it's mostly healed. Emily helped me."

Gothi's staff smacked the back of Hiccup's head, hard. "Hey!" Hiccup cried out in surprise, rubbing where she had hit him. There was another pause as she scribbled again

"Dad told me to come here, like I said!"

Another pause.

"He's my dad and the cheif! There is no way I would say that to him!" Hiccup said in surprise.

"What?" I said to Luna.

"No clue. Lets just ask Gothi what you wanted to ask." We stepped forward.

"I'll just leave." Hiccup said, standing up and strapping his armor back on.

"Nope," Luna said, grabbing him by the arm. "You need to be our translator."

"Ugh, fine..." Hiccup sighed.

Talking with Gothi was great. I learned some herbs that didn't grow near my home. She seemed to like me, and I didn't get hit once. I can't say the same about Hiccup, however. He would make a few mistakes, and to correct him, he would get a swift smack to the back of his head.

We walked back down the many, many steps until we reached the Great Hall. We entered and saw a group of large vikings talking with Stoick and the gang. The twins were back, which they didn't look too happy about.

"Ah, Hiccup, Luna, Emily, you are back," Stoick said when he saw us, "We were just discussing how we are going to attack the Dragon Hunters."

"We could infiltrate a dragon auction."  Luna suggested.

"They auction off dragons?!" I said in surprise. I clenched my teeth and fists.

"Yes, but we have already tried that. It didn't work out very well." Hiccup said.

"Yeah, that's because you used Snotlout." Ruffnut laughed.

"You used Snotlout for that? No wonder it failed." Luna laughed. "You should use me and Emily. They don't know we are with you guys and besides, a new hairstyle and a dress and they won't recognize us."

"There is no way I am wearing a dress." I said, turning to my girlfriend.
