I got back home a bit late from school today because of the lesson classes I had for Government. I was so tired.

By the way, am I the only one that picks up my phone immediately I return from school?

Anyways, I took my phone and threw myself unto my bed. I opened up my WhatsApp and saw two messages from an unsaved number. I tapped it open to check.

me:
I'm good too. btw I don't remember giving you my number. I probably forgot, I'll save it up rn.

No it's fine. I actually asked Ogeh for it. I told her not to tell you cause it was going to be a surprise 🙃

Kamal called me beautiful and pretty?! OMG! This is amazing. This boy is so sweet. I think... I might actually LIKE him.

But wait oo. Why do I though? Cause of his looks? Sweet charisma? Sweet personality? I don't know. I don't get myself sometimes.

Godddd, teenagers and emotions!!

Speaking of teenagers and their emotions, Noah had some problems with that today. Sooo, he finally told Sarah he likes her. Great right? Well no. Not awesome.

Anyways, he told her and with what he told Ogeh and I, his feelings seemed really genuine.

"So what did she say to you after you told her?"Ogeh asked.

With a deep sigh and sad look on his face, he said, "She just wants to be friends. She said she doesn't have time for all these things and I understand that too. Anyways, I agreed with her decision. It's better to remain friends".

"Noah, I'm so sorry. I know you really liked her but there are a lot more fishes in the sea. Don't worry, you're still young and sexy. There's still time." I said patting his back as I tried to cheer him up.

He smirked, "Oh, so you think I'm sexy?"

"Idiot. So that's all you heard me say?" I swatted him across his shoulder.

He chuckled deeply. What an idiot.

"You know what I think ehn. She is right. To be honest, I never sort of pictured anything special happening between you and Sarah". Ogeh muttered, still loud enough for us to hear.

"Ogeh, shut up". I whisper yelled trying to make her realize that what she was saying might offend Noah.

"What is 'shut up'? Abi am I lying? Noah see, don't feel sad about this thing. Trust me, you'll get over it really fast." Ogeh shrugged.

I giggled at Ogeh's funny but true statement. She was right. Noah didn't really know much about Sarah anyways. It wasn't even something serious sef.

"Thank you Ogeh. I'm fine actually. Sure it hurt getting rejected but I'm much better now." Noah laughed. "You know, you guys are really special and I'm lucky to have you as best friends. Besides, I know you two love me so that's enough." He folded his hands across his chest with smirk plastered on his face.

"You don't have sense. Ode!" Ogeh replied giving him a smack on his head.

"You really like to blow your own trumpet mumu." I laughed.

Noah shrugged still smiling, "What matters is that you're both obsessed with me."

Sigh, what a boy. I know he'll be okay.
