Aria's P.O.V
I looked at him. He was hot. But not hotter than Miguel. "Kyle, watch what you say. She's already spoken for." Gale said as he put pancakes in front of me.
"Shame you are one of kind." He said while taking a seat by me. I smiled.
"So you're Kyle?" I asked. He nods.
"You've heard about me?" He asked leaning towards me.
"Maybe. So what? Can't handle your liquor?" I asked. He chuckled.
"I can. I just wanted to stay here so I could meet you." He said. I roll my eyes. "Has anyone ever told you that's hot when you do that?" He asked. I giggled.
"You know flirting with me isn't getting you anywhere. Gale tries it all the time and my best friend Rico too. I like the compliments but I do date flirts or fuck boys." I said. I heard Miguel chuckle.
"Ouch princess that hurts," Kyle said. I look at my food.
"Sorry, bud but I love only three things in the morning. Coffee, pancakes, and more pancakes." I said. Gale chuckles.
"Speaking of which. Here's your coffee, princess." He said setting my coffee in front of me. I smile.
"I could kiss you," I said.
"Please don't. You got a man. Don't take mine." Violet said walking into the kitchen. Gale looks at her and kisses her. I smile big.
"Ekkk," I say. She covers her ears.
"You get happy at that but when we got here you weren't?" She asked as Gale wraps his arm around her waist.
"What can I say? I'm a sucker for romance." I said. She rolls her eyes.
"Hey, Vie," Kyle said. I look at him and her.
"Hey, Ky." She said.
"How come she met him first?" I asked. Gale looks at me.
"Hmm, I don't know maybe because you're too busy running off with him." He said pointing to Miguel. I smile. I cut a piece of my pancake and pick it up and lift it to him.
"Try it," I said. He bent down and took it off my fork with his mouth. He chewed for a second and cleared his mouth. "Do you like it?" I asked.
"Yes, I do." He said taking a seat next to me on my right. I smiled at him.
"Wanna share them with me?" I asked. He smiles.
"But I don't want to eat all your scrumptious pancakes." He said. I shook my head.
"If you eat them all I kill you," I said. He chuckled.
"Awe you two are so cute." I heard. I look over to see Rico. I smiled and got up giving him a hug. He smiled.
"Oh yeah, Rico's here," Violet said. Miguel chuckled.
"Want some pancakes?" I asked.
"I already had some." He said. I glared at Gale.
"Hey, he was up before you were." He said with his arms up in surrender. I walk back over to my pancakes and take a bite.
"Mmmm," I said closing my eyes. Gale laughs.
"Do you have to do that every time you eat those?" He asked. I opened my eyes.
"Do you have to make them so good?" I asked. He sighs and looks at Violet.
"What are we gonna do with her?" He asked. She looks at me.
"I thought you didn't eat in the morning?" She asked.
"Oh, she didn't until I started making pancakes. Now that's all she eats in the morning." Gale said. I lift up my fork.
"It's all your fault," I said shoving pancakes in my mouth. Kyle laughs.
"So who's older?" He asked. I look at him.
"Huh?" I asked.
"Out of Violet and you?" He asked. I look at Violet and back at him.
"We are born on the same day," I said.
"Ok who was born first?" He asked.
"Violet. She was born at 7:09 pm and I was born at 7:11 pm." I said. He nodded.
"And you're groundhog babies?" He asked. I nodded. "Damn. I mean you can see the differences between you two but barely. I mean you two have different laughs." He said. I look at Miguel.
"How come you two are the only ones who notice that?" I asked.
"Um, Rico noticed." Rico pitched in.
"Because Miguel told you," I said. He nodded.
"Only because he's obsessed with you," Rico replied. I rolled my eyes.
"Do you guys even follow bro code anymore?" I asked.
"Oh, you're the one to talk about codes," Violet said.
"What do you mean by that?" I asked.
"Um, yesterday in the pool. You told Gale I liked him." She said. I rolled my eyes.
"And I still haven't heard thank you," I said. She rolls her eyes.
"You're eye rolls are different too." Miguel pitched in. I look at him. He smiles. "Sorry." He said. I shook my head.
"What else do you notice?" I asked. He looks at Violet and then me.
"Your eyes are neon green and hers have a tint of blue. You're taller than her but by an inch. Your nose is a little smaller than hers. You have a different walk then she does. Your bottom lip is slightly bigger." He said. I look at Violet who was shocked and back at Miguel.
"How did you get all that by just staring at us?" I asked. He smiles.
"I'm observant." He said. I looked at Gale.
"Did you notice all those? I mean you've known us our whole lives." I said. He smiles.
"Yes, I noticed. Just like I noticed when you lie you twist your hair in your right hand when Violet twists it she does so in her left hand. When you order food you say um first but Violet says let's see every time you guys order. I know you both have birthmarks on your side but yours is on your left side and violets is on her right. I notice a lot of different things between you two." He said. Violet and I smile. "Oh, and Aria's dimples are deeper then Violets." He said. Violet and I stare at each other.
"Creepy." We both said at the same time. We both giggle.
"Now that's cool." Said a guy coming in the kitchen.
"Hey, Will," Miguel said.
