Aria's P.O.V

I get out of the car and rush inside his house. Rico walks up to me. "Where is she?" I asked. Miguel comes out of his room.

"She's in here." He said. I brush past him to see Violet passed out and bandaged up. I turn to Miguel.

"How the hell did this happen?" I asked. He looked down.

"Alex thought she was you and she shot her out of jealousy." He said.

"My sister got shot because of your girlfriend?" I asked. He looked up at me.

"She's not my girlfriend." He said. I scuff.

"Oh sure," I said.

"She's not." He said.

"I'm not doing this right now," I said. I started to pace. "Why was she here?" I asked.

"To give me a letter or something." He said.

"Letter? From who?" I asked looking at him.

"I don't know I haven't read it." He said. He pulled out of his back pocket and I grab it opening it. I read the name at the bottom.

"I'm gonna kill him," I said throwing the letter on the ground. Miguel stood in my way.

"Your sister needs you." He said.

"Yeah, and your brother needs a bullet in his brain," I said. He gives me a confused look. "He's the reason she's here. He asked me to talk to you and I said no. So he went to someone who looks like me. God, I shouldn't have let her leave the house." I said.

"It's not your fault." He said. I look up at him.

"No, you're right. It's yours. You brought me into your life and Violet got hurt." I said. He got pissed.

"It's not my fault you saw me kill someone." He said.

"You shouldn't have killed someone," I yell.

"It was self-defense." He yelled back.

"I can't deal with you right now," I said walking over to Violet. She starts to move and her eyes open up. "Hey," I said.

"Aria?" She asked. I smile. "What happened?" He asked trying to sit up.

"You were shot," I said. She snaps her head at Miguel and she starts moving away from him. I look at him. "What else happened?" I asked.

"She kinda heard everything." He said.

"Did you really watch him kill someone?" She asked looking up at me.

"You just probably get more rest," I said.

"Aria!" She yelled. "Did you watching him kill someone?" She asked.

"It was in self-defense," I argued. She looked at Miguel.

"So you're the leader of the cartel?" She asked. He nods. "And that's why you didn't mention anything to dad? Because dad can arrest him?" She asked me.

"Yes," I said. She scuffs.

"Who are you? You are not my sister. My sister would have never allowed herself to be caught up in something like this." She said. I looked down.

"I'm sorry," I whispered.

"I didn't give her much of a choice," Miguel argued. Her snapped to him.

"How could you?" She asked him. He looked down. "You ask her to be your girlfriend even after what she saw and you ditch her for 2 weeks after to play house with some other girl?" She asked. I looked up at him. He looked at me. "Who was she?" She asked.
