SHARONESS
~ ~ ~

Sharoness sauntered all the way through the constricted hallways down the alley leading to the seventh kingdom of the sacred beasts.

His green eyes blazed intensely, in the darkness of the four walls, like he possessed a cold fire in his eyes.

The guards that led him weren't half as tall as he was, some would even call him a monster.

His hair was messy and fell straight down to his forehead.

His hands were tilted on his waist, with a small smirk at the corner of his lips.

His personality was as hard and firm as the look he had on his face. A cold-blooded killer, it was the way he grew up. To kill anyone who would dare raise a hand against him.

A warrior,

but not a warrior of the light like his brother. He served the demon lord, all the days of his life... he killed for him, brought the head of his enemies.

Even of the realms of the seven Kingdoms.

Darkness was the only light that shined in his eyes.

The slashes all over his body couldn't count the number of wars he had been too, nor could it foresee the life's he had taken.

In his eye's humans were pathetic, powerless, useless, unable to see the reason for their existence.

Foolish slaves. That waisted their life's on things that didn't matter.

In his understanding darkness was a whole lot stronger than light. Darkness is evil, death, hatred.

But light is, weakness, failure, fear and most unfortunately light was 'love.'

Sharoness had only loved once. A woman. She turned out to be his greatest weakness, but nothing could hold him down.

He was determined to succeed and he felt he could truly when he watched the lights die in her bright eyes.

There was a sense of emptiness his wife had left behind, even the whole universe couldn't fill, but that was all in the past.

He wanted to rule the world, he wanted to put an end to the Demon lord. It had been over a hundred moons since, he had been called to the King, and he could barely remember his last visit.

Growing up as a child he had heard great tales of the demon lord, how he had been there since the beginning of time. But of course, that was all ancient rumours and myths, no one had been there in the creation of time.

At least that's what he thought.

He heard great tales about how the whole world trembled at his feet's.

The Demon King.

Finally, there came a loud crashing as the ancient oak doors were pulled open in just one quick yank by the guards, as he was welcomed by a great wave of heat.

Almost like hell, but the Demon king didn't rule hell, hell was another one thousand realms away.

He took a second before he could adjust to the darkness. The guards led the way, to whom had to be the great King.
