Alexandra
~ ~ ~By this time on earth it's most unlikely the sun had began to make it's way out of whatever place it laid to rest and the break of down. But however, in this place, people had different ideas of what it was called, heaven, the kingdom, Paradise, appeared to be in the middle of the day by just the small peep of the sun from the horizon. Calming maybe. Alexandra was fully aware of the fact that more time passed on earth every second she stayed.
Where could she go? She laid on the bed rethinking, rethinking and rethinking, over time it had become an even obvious hobby of hers, considering the fact she had no where to go.
Her head was placed softly over her arms, while she crossed her legs, one over the other. It felt like an eternity since Ray had left.
Weirdly, he didn't say not even a word to her.
She also didn't say anything, as she watched him leave. What was happening between them was something few words couldn't explain.
The kiss? Did she really kiss him? Now thinking about it she kind of regretted it. But why? He did kiss back but, the trouble she was going to put him through if the counsel found out was not going to be worth it.
As if on cue, a voice in her mind range out.
"Alexandra someone is coming."
And following her instincts she bolted the door hoping to see Ray, but instead, it was the smooth face of a woman, her white her sprayed over her broad and powerful shoulders, and her green mixed eyes brought up the resemblance. She was, Ray's mother.
The look on her face wasn't as welcoming as Alexandra imagined, or maybe, probably she was wondering what she was doing in her sons room.
"Where is Ray?" She asked, but Alexandra suspected she that she already knew the answer to that, which made her wonder where this was leading to.
"He left," she replied humbly.
Ray's mother made her way into his room, arms folded against her chest as she looked around.
"I see, huh?"
Alexandra didn't know what else to say. Maybe can I get you something in your sons room? Hehe.
"Ray has Changed. All his life, he was never this weak, you know, his fought, fiercely, almost like the king of death.... From battle to battle, evil upon evil, he never failed. Until the day, he lost his wife, that was so many years ago, he became Dark, vicious, that feeling when someone you love dies, so pain takes over you. To everyone else it seemed to be his weakness, but I saw strength. Love has a way of holding you down."
Alexandra just sat and stared at her, maybe in confusion. Love was weakness? Something didn't just feel right.
"I can see where all of this is leading to." She said pleading.
"What?" Alexandra asked, confused.
"I need you to leave."
"What?" She was more than baffled.
Ray's mother came closer in the attempt to hold her hand, but Alexandra redrew back quickly.
"For his own good, you have to leave... Please listen!" Ray's mother pressed.
Before Alexandra could reply or show the anger and mixed feelings she felt, there was a strange and enormous blast, knocking them off their feet.
Alexandra jerked from the ground and ran out, really only thinking of Ray, not bothering to look if Ray's Mom was okay.
She ran so fast, when she bursted out into the open, but couldn't believe her eyes or Phantom what she was seeing, as she coughed violently to the smoke that filled her lungs.
