Joe's POV
Today is the day where we found out if we make it to Blackpool. Dianne and I were off to get changed for our dress rehearsal until Stacey approached us. She grabbed my arm. "Joe can I talk to you for a second?" I looked at Dianne and she nodded. "It's ok, Joe. I'll go and get ready." Stacey pulled me off to the side as Dianne carried on walking. "Are you ok, Stacey?" I asked her "Yeah. Just want to say I'm sorry about yesterday. I didn't mean to encounter what was going on." "It's ok, Stace. You trying to act like nothing just happened was a bit funny." Stacey then went a bit red but we both laughed it out. "So what was happening with you two?" "What do you mean?" "Well. If you don't mind me saying, it looked like you guys almost kissed." Stacey said whispering. I stood there saying nothing as I wasn't sure if I should tell Stacey or not. Before I could, I got pulled away to hair and makeup. "Later, Stacey. Come and find me after the show." Stacey nodded and we both exchanged smiles until I left for hair and makeup.
I sat down next to Dianne as I entered hair and makeup. Dianne had already had her makeup done and she was on her phone. "What did Stacey want you for?" She asked me, looking up from her phone. Suddenly her face got filled up with worry. "No don't worry, it's nothing wrong. Stacey said that as she walked in, it looked like that we were almost kissing. I feel like I owe her an explanation, so can I tell her about us?" "Joe. I don't mind Stacey knowing. She's someone that I know that we both trust. She can also tell Kevin as I trust him as well." "Ok. I'll tell her now, are you coming?" She nodded and as I began to get up Dianne grabbed my shoulder. "Are you ok?" I asked her. "Yeah. Just make sure she doesn't say anything to anyone else yet. We will tell others when we are ready." I nodded back and we both went to go find Stacey.
