Part 66

Joe's POV
Faye, Ashley, Stacey and me were in position for the opening number.  We were going to come down on these Strictly Platforms. As we came down, we ran to our Strictly partners as we dance with them. Dancing with Dianne on the Strictly floor, I wanted to enjoy most of it as I could. Once we had finished performing, Dianne and I got dressed into our Paso Doble outfits as we were performing that dance first.

Dianne's POV
Joe and I were second to last to perform in order. We joined everyone else with Claudia and we were waiting for our turn. As we were waiting, Joe turned to me. "Let's hope I can get up on the right leg this time." He said. "We can do it," I replied giving him a high five. "Our next finalist is Joe Sugg and his partner Dianne Buswell" we then heard. "For their judges choice they have chosen for them to do the Paso Doble" Tess carried on. Once she had finished, Joe and I got into position; as we walked down the stairs, Joe and I saw his mum in the audience and we gave her a wave. I was so excited to perform this dance with Joe again as it was one of our favourites.

Joe's POV
So far, the paso was going really well. We had added a few extra bits and I took Darcey's comment to be a bit sharper with the moves which I hope i did. It the came up to the part where I do the knee slide; I slid on the floor and I managed to get up on the right knee. Once I had got up, Dianne and I both gave each other a smile but we then put our serious faces back on as we had to finish the dance. We finished the dance, and we walked to be judges to get our score, which was 39! The judges saw our faces which they found quite funny. Once we had got our scores and talking to Claudia, we went to get dressed for our show dance and our hair sorted as our theme was rock and roll; I was really looking forward to performing this dance.
