Part 44

Dianne's POV
I couldn't believe how fast these weeks have gone by; Joe and I were through to Musicals week, which is also the quarter finals. This week, in honour of Joe, our musical was going to be "Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat."
We had began to start rehearsing and so far, it was going really well. In the piece, Joe was going to be lifted which he loved the idea of. It was now Wednesday and on Monday and Tuesday I felt fine but for some reason today, I wasn't feeling too good. There was a lot of armography and I got really dizzy. On our last break, I had a drink of water, and instantly I felt a lot better; I was probably dehydrated.

Joe's POV
It was musicals week and if we made it through, we would be through to the semi- finals. Today was Wednesday and it was was later on in the evening now. Earlier, I had noticed Dianne looking a bit pale. After taking a break, she perked up and now she looks pale again. "Di? Your looking pale. Are you ok?" I asked her. "Yeah. I'm fine." I then gave her a look that said "Are you sure?" "Yes I'm sure" she insisted.
As we were both tired, we messed up a bit of the armography. Dianne took a deep breath as we restarted, then suddenly stopped. My instant reaction was to pick her up and sit her down.

Dianne's POV
I had felt even dizzier and Joe instantly picked me up and sat me down onto a chair. He then went to get me some water. "Thank you." I said taking the water. I tried to get up but I did it too fast. "Take it easy, Di." Joe said sitting me back down. I rested my head onto Joe's shoulder and he was stroking my arm for a moment.
"I think we have rehearsed a lot today. You and me just need some rest." Joe then said. I nodded and Joe called us an uber to take us home. During the journey, I had fallen asleep.

Joe's POV
We made it back home and Dianne had fallen asleep. I carried her up to the apartment and into our bedroom. After I got ready, I joined her and we both slept through the night.
