Part 13

Dianne's POV
It was the next morning and I went to Elstree early. I knew Joe was probably still feeling nervous so I wanted to do a surprise for him. Joe texted me saying he was coming in at 11:30 and it was now 11:00. Every couple have another run through and a dress rehearsal and I asked the crew of Joe and I could go first, just to make sure he wouldn't go in his dressing room as his surprise was  in there. I headed back from the studio and saw that Joe was about to open the door. "Joe!" I shouted. I rushed to him. "We have a run through now!" "Now?" He questioned. "Ok let me put my stuff in here quickly then." I puked his hand away. "Um no time. We need to go now." Joe gave me a very suspicious look but continued to follow me. That was close.
Joe's POV
I was about to open my door to my dressing room when Dianne shouts my name. For some reason, she wouldn't let me put my stuff away. I just followed her because I knew I couldn't argue.
We went to rehearsals and everything went how it should've done. But I got my nerves again. I grabbed my drink and Di approached me. "Hey Joe. Good work. Do you want to get some lunch?" She asked me. I pretended that everything was ok as I replied back to her. "Yeah lets go."
Dianne's POV
Joe and I were having lunch, but he seemed very quiet. "Joe. Are you ok?" I asked him but he just gave me a weak nodd. He didn't seem like his usual self. I grabbed his hands. "Is it the nerves?" He gave me another weak nodd. "Joe if it's about tonight, you are going to be fine. I've seen you perform this dance and every time your amazing." His face began to light up, and he gave me a smile. "Thanks Di." Joe and I were chatting again but I could still tell, he was only a little bit nervous. "Um, Joe? Can I borrow your phone to make a call? My phone has died and I would charge it but my charger is in the dressing room." He nodded and gave me his phone. I went out the room and put my plan into action.
