Laura & I followed her mom back into the house and through into the living-room. It felt like home, walking through this beautiful home. There's no other way of explaining it.

I honestly did feel as if I could throw my Nike's off and place my school backpack next to it knowing fully I have homework inside that needs to be done.

"Laura, do you and Ross not have any home work that has to be done, that's also part of the discussion to be had with Ross's mother" Laura nods, knowing she is going to head upstairs to get started on her school homework, and knowing I have the same, we literally only have 1 subject difference, and neither of them includes homework.

P.E & IT.

Both so simple, it doesn't need homework.

I quietly grab my backpack and follow Laura up the stairs for the millionth time this month or so.

"Sorry, whenever there is a discussion to be had. Homework always has to be done before dinner" I nodded in Laura's direction showing her I understood. It's basically to get it out of the way of the rest of the day. Nothing wrong with that.

"Where do you wanna do it then?" Music room.

"I'd highly suggest not doing it in the music room" Did she just read my mind.

"Because if we do, we're more than likely get distracted and not focus on the school work, not that I wouldn't love to work on it. But it is rather important, especially with your mother coming over for this discussion my parents are so eager to have" I can understand that.

"Alright, we'll do it in your room then?" She nods, smiling a little and walks towards her room. Opening the door and waiting for me to enter before closing it behind us. Silencing the room for piece and quite.

My mum is coming over via Laura's dad picking her up. Laura & I are sitting in her room, just chilling doing our homework.

"I'm going for a shower, feeling the need to make sure I'm fresh for your mum coming" I look at her in shock.

"Laura, you are perfectly fine. You don't need to impress, you'll impress her by being you" She smiles, coming cover to me. Engulfing me into a hug.

"Thank you Ross" She says into my ear slowly before letting me go and rushing into the bathroom for a quick shower.

I sprint for my backpack for aftershave to freshen myself up by canister. It's the best thing at the moment.

And like magic, Laura comes back out, soaken wet hair wrapped in a towel, fresh tank top, lose over 1 shoulder red sheer shirt. And dark grey with shading white knee points skinny jeans with red converse high tops.

"Just need to dry my hair quickly and I'll be ready" I quickly nod checking my phone. I snappily check my texts and see there is none, so I quickly text my mum asking if she is good.

She texts back a thumbs up and that she's 5 mins away.

Here we go.
