Laura wouldn't understand.

Maybe I misheard or thought I heard it?

"Nothing Laura, forget I said anything" She reluctantly nods, I sit back at the table and see my Taco is sitting waiting. Everyone else has dug in, whilst I see Laura just staring at me while she eats her Taco.

Our parents forgotten about it, but it seems to be stuck in her head.

"Right folks, since Ross is okay. You don't think you need the hospital do you?" I shake my head, giving the all clear.

"Good, let's all get back on the bus. I'll pass a notebook around and everyone is going to write what kind of snacks they like and when we get to our next stop. Myself and Ellen will pop into the shop and get what we need. No more accidents or injuries. Sound good?" We all nod, agreeing with his idea.

We all finish our food, grab what we took off the bus and head back onto it. Laura & I sit at the back like before. My mum sits behind Laura's parents.

I'm watching Laura from a few feet away, she seems edgy.

"Have I done something wrong?" She takes a weird glance at me, I must've for her to look at me like that.

"I don't know..." She seems scared or worried.

"Look, I don't know what happened. I must've mistaken something else for another thing. I mean, from what I know. I must have hit my head pretty hard, surely?" She looks down, thinking to herself.

"Yeah, I guess your right. I'm sorry for acting so weird" I shake my head, smiling.

"No need to be sorry. It does happen" I smile at her, scooching closer to her to see what she has on the iPad in-front of her.

"Where are we?" She inches into my side, showing me the screen.

I read over the lyrics, I am honestly amazed. I've got credit for maybe a few lines, but there is almost half a song here.

"Laura, this is completely insane. Your brilliant. This song will be hit, I can feel it" She blushes lightly and hugs my side.

"Thank you Ross, honestly. I don't think I could make this trip without you" I smile from her saying that.

As we make our way through the streets, I lean against the side of the bus, looking out. I love knowing that everything we go by, I'll see it again some other time.

I notice Laura lean into me, she snuggles into my chest, I invite her to hug me closer because it's always nice to have someone right behind you. Wrapping my arms around her, she sighs slowly, but I can see a smile on her face.

I see my mother looking in our direction, she is smiling, but she has a awe look on her face with a "you two are cute" look too. I give her a death glare with love behind it.

"Enough mum" I mouth to her and she raises her hands up in surrender.
