If you have paid attention in TLH GN, Mike Holmes (the illustrator) dedicated the book to a person named Oscar:

And for Tui... well, her dedication is actually different from the one in The Lost Heir novel. (Just something to note.)

Well, as for Oscar, I'm not trying to intrude on Holmes' privacy, but... Oscar was not mentioned in the first GN at the end:
