Okay, this chapter is mostly for theorizing:

Who will be the protagonists for books 14 and 15?

Well, here is all the info we have about those two books, which is virtually NOTHING as of now:

Book 14:

Title: UNKNOWN

Release date: UNKNOWN

Protagonist: UNKNOWN

Cover: UNKNOWN

Book 15:

Title: UNKNOWN

Release date: UNKNOWN

Protagonist: UNKNOWN

Cover: UNKNOWN

So, here are my guesses- extremely wild ones, mind you (especially for the titles):

Book 14:

Title: The Distant Kingdoms

Release date: April 26th, 2020 (it has actually already been confirmed that book 14 will FOR SURE come out in 2020)

Protagonist: Swordtail

Cover: Not available, but it would probably show Swordtail on a rock or something with a background of hills

Book 15:

Title: The Last Hive

Release date: January 30th, 2021

Protagonist: Luna

Cover: Probably the full cover would look something like this:

Remember, these are not confirmed, so do not count on me for facts about these books just yet!

Also, credit for art for Book 15 cover goes to Peregrinecella. (It's REALLY GOOD!)

Now, why Swordtail would be the protagonist for book 14 and Luna for book 15 is a matter of debate.

Here is my reasoning:

1) The gender pattern

The gender pattern for books 1-5 was:

Clay (male)

Tsunami (female)

Glory (female)

Starflight (male)

Sunny (female)

And so far, arc three is following this gender pattern as well.

Blue (male)

Cricket (female)

Sundew (female)

If we add in Swordtail and Luna...

Male (Clay) (Blue)

Female (Tsunami) (Cricket)

Female (Glory) (Sundew)

Male (Starflight) (Swordtail)

Female (Sunny) (Luna)

Now, some people might argue that having three of the same tribe (SilkWings) in one arc has never happened before.

But just because something never happened before doesn't mean it could happen.

But just because something never happened before doesn't mean it could happen.

2) All the protagonists for an arc are all introduced in the first book of that arc

Here's an example if you don't get what I mean:

The first arc's protagonists are Clay, Tsunami, Glory, Starflight, and Sunny.

We meet all of those characters in The Dragonet Prophecy, the first book of the first arc.

Have we met Lynx and Flame in The Lost Continent?

No.

So they will not be the protagonists for books 14 and 15.

Have we met Swordtail and Luna in the Lost Continent?

Yes.

See what I mean here?

Another thing I want to address- some of you might be thinking why Luna isn't the protagonist for book 14 and Swordtail for book 15. Well, my reasoning for why is because:

a) Swordtail is with Blue, Cricket, and Sundew

whereas

b) Luna is not. She is on Pyrrhia. And it's already been confirmed Luna's staying there for the time being, since, Moon in The Hive Queen said, "They're coming to us."

In short, my theory is that the protagonist for Book 14 will be Swordtail and for Book 15 will be Luna.

Hope you enjoyed this chapter, and I myself am hoping my theories are right.

Here are refs of Swordtail and Luna- cuz why not. :P

(Another note- try to get fellow Wof fans to read my book, and please vote as well, if you haven't already. The more votes, the better, since that way more people will know about this book, which also means more people will know about incoming Wof books.)
